You have to use your tongue. It's the strongest muscle in your body. Breathe in and when you breathe out hold your breathe and try to push open your third eye. You'll get a shot of DMT and trip the fuck out for a few seconds. Fluoride fucks up your pineal gland so stay away from fluoride.

I would like to read on what the tounge has to do with it and how to use the tounge to open up the third eye :)

to open up your third eye all you have to do is look from it, no breath holding / breath pushing or sticking out of tongues involved.
Don't be fooled by all the elitest bs, it aint difficult.
A childs third eye is naturally open. It is part of our default setting that kinda gets ignored as we move into teens, too many hormones and physical word focus mean we simply switch off from using it.
Pull your vission intot he centre of your brow and open it up.
Just remember to bring it back into a more normal sense though, closing it down to be able to operate in the world around us because it can attract all kindsa stuff if fully open while walkin about :rolleyes:
Can you try to explain in more detail? I tried it and it just makes my head hurt.

Click on the image for pdf link ... these particular exercises use an anchor from your throat chakra (the voice box) to work with your third eye chakra, as the vortices of these 2 chakras are interlinked.
As you use your throat/voicebox everyday it would seem logical to me for this to be a starting point, for the purpose of realizing and opening the third eye. Anyway enjoy and goodluck. :)

focus your thoughts in a gentle way, into the centre of your brow
it works best if you kinda look away with your physical eyes from what you are looking at, bow your head slightly so that you are not looking directly at an object - a tree is a good one, just drop your gaze, make your eyes go lazy and bring your focus into the centre of your brow - gentle is the key. You'll catch the trees aura, which is great and then you're mind will kick in and you will subconsciously react (problem reaction solution) and the trees aura will be gone because of your mental reaction, the mind sees whast it believes to be a problem, reacts to it and the 'solution' is that the problem melts away. As you perfect it all you will learn to be able to shut the reaction thing down and look out from your third eye more easilly -gentle gentle gentle is the key, anything else will be like pushing against a pull door and you'll get no where if you force it - you might even break the door which aint no good :rolleyes:
you might be trying to force it a little so that will bring in a head ache :D

hm, the 3rd eye chakra links with the sacral, as the heart chakra is a pivotal point, and 1 up = 1 down, 2 up = 2 down etc.... hense the base chakra linking with the crown, anchor the base chakra and the crown will be able to access any vibrational frequency etc....
never heard that you can tie in with the throat chakra, but whatever works for you, individualism is what it is all about too :D

huh? the sacral is below the solar. How do you figure its linked to the third eye? all the chakra's vortices interlink with the chakras above and blow them ... base/root mingles with sacral , sacral mingles with root below and solar plexus above, solar plexus with sacral and heart , heart connects the lower chakras with the higher chakras, heart to solar plexus and throat, throat to heart and thirdeye, third eye to throat and crown. And according to kathara practitioners the chakras extend further out into the subtle bodies.
could you explain the link between sacral and the third eye please???? edit: i see your figuring now ... but also the vortex of energy the chakras produce interrelate with those above and below .... causing a direct connection with which you could setup an anchor.

in my own work, anchoring a chakra anchors that chakra and each anchor is individual to each chakra - tho it kinda forms a step to the next, i haven't anchored any one chakra into another, i'm not sure i'd be comfortable with that. I'm not overly comfy with anchoring chakra's at all once they are 'working' how they should, i feel that anchoring something ties it from its free flow and i feel its important to let each chakra flow individually for its full expression :D

Well that DMT shot OP is talking about sounds interesting^^ I never tried smoking it but heard about it long time ago, most spiritual experience I've had is a few lucid dreams.

Yes I can see how problems could evolve from this strategy, you make a good point. Although if you've got a blocked brow and can get that energy on the move again though re-directing energy from the throat for a short period, but only until activating the third eye becomes second nature. After which a good old cleansing could get a person back on track. But thinking about it wouldnt a decent kundalini release excite the chakra vortices to swell and to mingle with each other anyway?
