Actually I've never had a cat, mostly because of my deep love for birds and having a garden full of them, but after this experience I have to say that cats have got something very intense going on with them and are indeed totally amazing.

Waaaahhhhh!
I love cats (and dogs) but I am not allowed to have animals where I now live and I miss them soooo much.
Dogs are truly unconditional love but cats are aloof and you have to earn their love. They are so cool :cool:
Whenever I used to meditate my cat used to sense it and just come and sit beside me, purring but otherwise still and quiet. Awesome!!

Yeah there's something very trippy going on with cats..I really wish I had one of my own but I'm also rather fond of birds feeling free to stick around my garden...:)
