An oldie but a goody..if you're bored and have a bad memory like me.

Have a pen and paper handy before you read any further. As soon as you read a question, write the answer right away.

Make sure to answer questions 1-10 before moving on..NO CHEATING!!

Read the following questions, imagining the scenes in your mind, and write down the FIRST thing that you visualize. Do not think about the questions excessively.

1. You are not alone. You are walking in the woods. Who are you walking with?

2. You are walking in the woods. You see an animal. What kind of animal is it?

3. What interaction takes place between you and the animal?

4. You walk deeper in the woods. You enter a clearing and before you is your dream house. Describe its size?

5. Is your dream house surrounded by a fence?

6. You enter the house. You walk to the dining area and see the dining room table. Describe what you see on AND around the table.

7. You exit the house through the back door. Lying in the grass is a cup. What material is the cup made of?

8. What do you do with the cup?

9. You walk to the edge of the property, where you find yourself standing at the edge of a body of water. What type of body of water is it?

10. How will you cross the water?

Don't read on until you have written your answers down

This has been a relational psychology test. The answers given to the questions have been shown to have a relevance to values and ideals that we hold in our personal lives. The analysis follows:

1. The person who you are walking with is the most important person in your life.

2. The size of the animal is representative of your perception of the size of your problems.

3. The severity of the interaction you have with the animal is representative of how you deal with your problems. (passive/aggressive)

4. The size of your dream house is representative of the size of your ambition to resolve your problems.

5. No fence is indicative of an open personality. People are welcome at all times. The presence of a fence indicates a closed personality. You'd prefer people not to drop by unannounced.

6. If your answer did not include food, people, or flowers, then you are generally unhappy.

7. The durability of the material with which the cup is made of is representative of the perceived durability of your relationship with the person named in number 1. For example, styrafoam, plastic, and paper are all disposable, styrofoam, paper and glass are not durable, and metal and plastic are durable.

8. Your disposition of the cup is representative of your attitude towards the person in number 1.

9. The size of the body of water is representative of the size of your sexual desire.

10. How wet you get in crossing the water is indicative of the relative importance of your sex life.

A deer.

3. What interaction takes place between you and the animal?

Heart connection and telepathy.

4. You walk deeper in the woods. You enter a clearing and before you is your dream house. Describe its size?

2 Bedroom log cabin.

5. Is your dream house surrounded by a fence?

Definitely not.

6. You enter the house. You walk to the dining area and see the dining room table. Describe what you see on AND around the table.

Camping gear and equipment... around the table, chairs and works in progress. Food is a boring answer.

7. You exit the house through the back door. Lying in the grass is a cup. What material is the cup made of?

Styrofoam (hmm...not cool to have that outside my pristine natural setting.)

8. What do you do with the cup?

9. You walk to the edge of the property, where you find yourself standing at the edge of a body of water. What type of body of water is it?

River!

Hopefully without dying. Maybe fall a tree over it to make a log bridge.

1. The person who you are walking with is the most important person in your life.

Well DUH!!

DOH!!!

7. The durability of the material with which the cup is made of is representative of the perceived durability of your relationship with the person named in number 1. Well, I tried to make the best of the cup. Use it for a good purpose.

well, i think i did pretty well in most things, supposedly.

I did have a (to my thinking) lovely old wall around my house... apparently that aint good, well.. too bad.

I kept the Gold Cup, so if that is my no. 1 man, that is fine with me :D

Lots of people on here found the water question easy and stepped over it, like me, and cafetimes, some just looked at it, and someone took a boat. and alzee jumped..

So, the water question was rubbish, imho, lol.

anyone else have any comments re this quiz?

You're welcome guys! I enjoyed doing it myself so I thought I'd pass it on. I'll see if I can find any more! We did it whilst stoned at my house and my Bro couldn't stop laughing at the fact that I asked him to describe the size of the house he wrote "big" and when he looked at mine, I'd written a full-on blurb about how the second level is entirely made out of glass and stuff. I guess it was funnier when we were high!! :p

I know it's meant to be taken as a bit of a laugh but the sex questions were such bollocks. I mean..if I see my sexual desire as a huge cold lake (frigid?) why in the next question would I "dive right in" indicating that sex is really important to me!! I won't divulge which one is most like me but it's such a contradiction!!

i have another one.. i believe these came from that japanese psychoanalyse stuff..

imagine you went to a clinic and you sit on the waiting room for your turn. the nurse then called you, and you stood up and walked to the doc's office.

the door is half open and your can see the previous patient is still inside and making small talk with the doc as they are finishing up. you recognized this person as someone you know (friends, acquaintance, etc).

who is the person?

answer: the person you named is the person you feel that you could not count on during difficult times. the logic is how could you expect a person who is sicker than you to help you. it works for me!

2. You are walking in the woods. You see an animal. What kind of animal is it?

A bird.

3. What interaction takes place between you and the animal?

The bird sings, and I smile at the bird.

4. You walk deeper in the woods. You enter a clearing and before you is your dream house. Describe its size?

Medium sized, not big, not small.

5. Is your dream house surrounded by a fence?

No, it is one with its environment.

6. You enter the house. You walk to the dining area and see the dining room table. Describe what you see on AND around the table.

Eating needs to be practical, so just the basic materials?:p
I'd see some fruit and herbs collected from the forest.

7. You exit the house through the back door. Lying in the grass is a cup. What material is the cup made of?

Silver.

8. What do you do with the cup?

Look at it?

9. You walk to the edge of the property, where you find yourself standing at the edge of a body of water. What type of body of water is it?

A river, full with life (fish, otters), and where I want to drink some fresh water.:)

10. How will you cross the water?

Swimming/walking (depending on how deep), testing my strength and see how strong the stream is.

1. The person who you are walking with is the most important person in your life.
Funny.

2. The size of the animal is representative of your perception of the size of your problems.
Could be true, I don't have many problems.
I don't agree with this question and its conclusions though. The place where one lives shapes these answers greatly. A Canadian for example might see a forest as more wildly and dangerous then me.

3. The severity of the interaction you have with the animal is representative of how you deal with your problems. (passive/aggressive)
Could be true as well, I usually go with friendly solutions to problems.

4. The size of your dream house is representative of the size of your ambition to resolve your problems.
I guess it's somewhere in between then.

5. No fence is indicative of an open personality. People are welcome at all times. The presence of a fence indicates a closed personality. You'd prefer people not to drop by unannounced.
This question and conclusion is a bit strange as well. When I imagine a place like a forest, I'd prefer a house that would be one with the environment. Fences are more civilised. Besides that, I don't prefer people to drop by unannounced at all. I can be flexible though, but still don't really like it.

6. If your answer did not include food, people, or flowers, then you are generally unhappy.
I didn't think about people as I see being in/around a forest as a maze like place where I can just be myself. Can one only be happy with other people and if one doesn't think of flowers then... hmm OK!

7. The durability of the material with which the cup is made of is representative of the perceived durability of your relationship with the person named in number 1. For example, styrafoam, plastic, and paper are all disposable, styrofoam, paper and glass are not durable, and metal and plastic are durable.
Well yeah, I'm durable. ;)

8. Your disposition of the cup is representative of your attitude towards the person in number 1.
Look at it's beauty..?

9. The size of the body of water is representative of the size of your sexual desire.
10. How wet you get in crossing the water is indicative of the relative importance of your sex life.
In some sense, my answers for these questions seem to contradict each other?
