That's good news!!!

Though they will never desist from imposing ID cards; just postpone the agenda.

Unfortunately yes, they haven't spent 5 billions for nothing, they'll come back, remember the Lisbon treaty?
they kept coming back like a toothache.

These people won't just give up.

Yep, it won't be Labour that bring them in but the seed has been planted.

Aghhh, the way things are moving now why would they waste their time and money on ID cards ? It's like when they said they're going to stop building speed cameras, and everyone went "yeaahh!" only to find out they plan to add tracking devices inside cars.

Don't get excited by this, it just means ID cards are out of date.

Look out microchips

Certainly not the end of ID Cards. Right now, the public wont accept them as compulsory. Notice the governement have changed their stance on how they sell these things to the public. It's not so much about preventing terrorism now apparantly, it's more about making us believe the ID cards will make our lives easier. So basically they know the public aren't buying the terrorism line so they change the goal posts.

Whatever way they market them, we know it's all about power over the people, we know it's their next giant leap to totalitarianism and we know it's one more leap before microchips.

I hate to sound pesimistic but this isn't a victory, it's just a PR stunt to make more people accept them on a voluntary basis. Of course they will push to make them mandatory when the public perception has been changed through their brainwashing & propoganda.

Well, I wouldn't recommend it if the microchip is in your arm. :)

(I’m just making sure nobody gets hurt –If they were so dumb as to being micro-chipped, they might also be so dumb as to put their arm in the microwave.) :D

I've no doubt at all that by hook or by crook we'll be delivered into the prison they're hell bent on creating for us.
