This Stinks To High heaven , not bad for someone in a chair couldn't hold
a Firearm without assistance managing to fire over a hundred rounds at neighbours and Police,

Yeah, but when I read 'he had the wasting disease muscular dystrophy', I couldn't help but get a mental image of Stephen Hawking holding people hostage at gunpoint.

basically yes, he was a member of a gun club , couldn't hold a firearm very long needed help, but he managed to pepper a policeman in the head with
shotgun pellets
