I'd like to believe that they have the right frequencies and data, but to my knowledge, all of that was confiscated.

Dogs been dignosed with cancer,vet doesn't seem to think surgery is an option.Will be getting a second opinion, machines and or software are available for hundreds to thousands of dollars. Currently doing more research, any opinions or personal experiences much appreciated chaz
