I have a small crater-like pock mark between my eyebrows in the area of the third eye or pineal gland.
i've noticed this mark on many other people and think it's more than just a coincidence. The most commonly agreed upon explanation is that it's a chicken pox scar but why is it always in that location?
I'd be interested to see how many here have this mark and what you think may have caused it.
Could it be the result of extraterrestrial trepanning experimentation as an infant?

I have wondered about this for years, myself. i have a 'chicken-pox scar' right in that spot since i was a kid.
has that been good or bad for my third eye? ... and why is the scar so central? really, we do need information about this, thanks for bringing it up, i never thought to post about it.

unfortunately I don't have a camera available right now but this hi-res pic of actor Freddy Rodriguez should illustrate my point:

It's actually very easy to find other examples, just look at people in your day to day life, it's so common yet people rarely question it!

Guys,

I'm fairly sure its from birth when forseps are sometimes used to manouvre the head into the birth canal.

Forseps marks usually are on each side of the head, asaik, and there is no way they would always be central.

Mine is exactly central, lol

I have seen those forceps marks on a giant lady i knew, and she had deep dents each side of her forehead.

Yes a pop star, well semi-popular i guess. The Hindu's see this mark as a very auspicious sign so I think your Third eye is in good shape :)

well, thanks heaps for that, i will have to start finding out more. I think i am the brink ( teetering on the brink of understanding, as most of my 'nutter' friends on here. )

It is only on the brink that we can get it, i think...

So , i have the third eye thingy, i am really pleased and thrilled to bits, wow. :)

As for being a forcep mark, everyone who I spoke to about it said that the mark just appeared between the ages 9-11!
In certain religions a mark sometimes referred to as a bindi is placed over the area between the eyebrows. This is the area pertaining to the sixth chakra, ajna, the seat of "concealed wisdom".
According to followers of Hinduism, this chakra is the exit point for kundalini energy. The bindi is said to retain energy and strengthen concentration. It is also said to protect against demons or bad luck.
