Pres. Obama Address to (Shapeshifting) Congress

This I noticed some months ago. I watched Pres. Obama Address to Congress on YouTube. But I noticed, that whenever it showed the Congress, there were (rather large) numbers of the Congress' Faces and Hands showing as Green Colored! And, what's more? Only Certain People Seemed to be Effected by the Color Shift. And Even More? Only the Skin Was Altered in Appearance. See For Yourself!

One example of this is at 0:07, look at the woman in the red dress on the bottom row, and then the third man to the left behind her (her right). And he moves behind the second guy behind her.

Another example is 2:07 when the woman in the white is bowing her head you can see the woman behind her is going in and out of appearing as green.

There are numerous other times through the entire show where this is happening. And there are some you can spot at the very beginning. You just have to be looking for it, you'll see it.

8:21 the guy sitting down in the middle of the screen (bottom row), and directly above him on the screen, on the top row, there is that guy you can clearly see his green face.

8:35 the woman in red, who is probably Hillary Clinton on the bottom row, the woman from our perspective directly above her 2 rows back, her face is obviously green.

9:53, look at those green faces!

13:40 The Woman In Blue! (Green Face!) 14:35 Her Again! + Multiple people around her.

15:53 Look at all of the green faces!
