I don't think these have been mentioned here already, so here goes...

First, there's a really great web-site with articles, free newsletters, etc. dealing with dental self-sufficiency.
www.mizar5.com

Second, there is a tooth powder that may be able to "re-mineralize" teeth, even cavities.
www.eco-dent.com

You read my mind. Going to go through this stuff later but if anyone knows a substitute for the pain killing injection, that freely available I'd love to hear it.

That is veeery interesting, thanks!:)

I haven't been for a dental check-up for 10 years, but I've recently had a bit of toothache and I want to know how to deal with it without having to have my mouth filled with mercury and forking out 100's of pounds.

You may want to check out...

to see if you think any of this might help.

Remember to not see the fnords!

I'm sure a lot of folks here are no stranger to the Beck protocols. I've use a home-made magnetic pulser for infected teeth and gums with apparent success. This is a link to a web-page on how to make your own pulser cheaply.

I'm new to all this alternative medicine stuff and alternative energy science as well... its a real eye opener...

I'm considering buying this:

but would like any advice going first as I don't want to waste money on a bad product. I wish to have the ability to produce enough for my local village community if needed later. Cheers.

It's been a while since I made colloidal silver, but I don't think that the unit itself is all that critical. You need the purest silver wire you can find and the quality of the water will help determine particle size. I used to use three nine-volt batteries in series. I used DISTILLED water that I raised to boiling in a stainless steel pot and then put in a Pyrex cup with the silver wire leads at opposite ends. I made sure that the wire was clean by cleaning with an unused plastic sponge until shiny. You want to avoid any contaminants. As I recall, the purer the water, the smaller the particle size. The smaller the particle size, the easier to excrete and the less your chances of are of getting argyria. http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=argyria&x=&y=
As I remember, selenium and certain other supplements decrease your risk of argyria.

Please do explore argyria before taking CS.

I'm not saying that CS is without benefit, just that anyone considering this make an informed choice. I've used CS in the past and may use it again in the future. Personally though, I wouldn't just use it casually.

Hi Pumma! I'm glad to help.

A little more on CS...

The smallest particle size will give you a solution that's clear, though you definitely will be able to taste it.

The next largest sizes will be yellow and I think pink (I've never had it turn pink for me. I've just read about it.).

The coarsest of all will be a metallic gray color. Don't drink this!

When I made CS, I used the three nine-volt batteries in series. In series with this, I used a little DC test light bulb.
At first, the current passing through the distilled water is virtually nothing. As silver particles break off and start traveling to the oppositely charged silver wire, the water becomes more and more conductive. The more conductive, the larger the particle size. Just something to keep in mind if you see the bulb glowing brightly.

My info is several years out of date, though. If you want to safely using CS, I'd recommend joining a YahooGroup that deals with CS so you have people that are current and you can compare notes.

Thanks joegum. I was thinking if the time comes when we can't get any alternative or normal medicines, this may help when confronted with weaponised Biological/Chemical stuff.

I didn't really understand this '100 monkey syndrome'. I thought it related to 1 tells 10, tells 10 etc. But actually it means after enough people know something in a species, the rest pick it up without being told.

This explains a lot about others attitudes that have been puzzling me, since I got on to this forum. Is this what people here are hoping will happen? And in which case am I wasting my time taking precautions?

What do you think?

Taking the 'always consult your doctor' thing as read... my father has a faulty heart valve and irregular beat. So taking Blood thinning drugs etc. Is there anything like Pulsing or something else that may help him?

I was thinking if the time comes when we can't get any alternative or normal medicines, this may help when confronted with weaponised Biological/Chemical stuff.

That was exactly my thinking when I first started looking into alt med when I was in my teens. (I'm now middle aged.) We think alike.

I sure hope so!

If you're wasting your time, I've been wasting my time. Even if there is no chemical or biological attack globally or locally (although there already is from the pharmaceutical companies, not from missiles), your knowledge and experience may be of service to someone.

Taking the 'always consult your doctor' thing as read... my father has a faulty heart valve and irregular beat. So taking Blood thinning drugs etc. Is there anything like Pulsing or something else that may help him?

I'm sure you've already read the articles re infections leading to heart disease and attack and dental health. Also, you want to be very careful when it comes to using pulsers, zappers, etc. along with prescription drugs.
http://www.toolsforhealing.com/cd/Articles/Q/QuestionsAnswersabouttheB.html

or, check out the Precautions section here
http://www.naturaltherapyinfo.com/beck/zapper.htm

These devices can make the cell walls more permeable, thus, if drugs, herbs etc are taken, the body may see these at up to 20x the actual dosage. You don't want your father taking 20 times the recommended dose of his heart medications.
I really want to qualify (or unqualify) myself.... I have no credentials of any kind relating to health care. I've just read alot. And experimented. I'm only an authority on my own joegum-ness. Any links I posted are only for your own consideration based on the links themselves. You decide the merit yourselves.

Cheers joegum, don't worry, no need to qualify yourself. I'm not about to rush in with some lashup saying, here's what joegum told me to do:D

Just thought you'd have an interesting link or two, which you did.

It's not that. It's just that I don't want to come off as some sort of expert. I don't know who else might read this thread. Some one might read this with a serious condition and that person deserves an accurate representation.I believe in what i do for me; I'm not so sure for anyone else. I offer what I offer in good faith, but not with authority.

Best of luck to you.

Hi Cruise4!

I was thin king about your father and his meds. There is a web-site...
www.lef.org
(the Life Extension Foundation) This was founded many years ago by the authors of the "Life Extension" book. They have medical and scientific advisory boards with MDs etc.
This site has a lot of info re different supplements AND different pharmaceuticals with some really great search features.
