I work out a lot and have started taking the Animal Pak multi-vitamins - many people swear by them, even if they don't work out. Is there anything here that leads you to believe they are bad for you? I must admit taking like 11 of these chunky pills a day seems a little much, but some take two packs a day.
I'm not good with preparing nutritional meals . I don't eat unhealthy, I just don't eat every different kind of vegetable a day if you catch my drift. I thought this might simply make up for anything my diet is missing.
