A strange looking canine type animal that reportedly sucks blood out of animals
has been reported before in Texas. It was discussed here earlier on this thread:

Well, whatever these thing are, they're still there in Texas doing their thing and
the lady in this video says she's going to have the thing mounted and hung on
her trophy wall.

The resident "scientist" says (apparently without physical examination)
that the animal is a gray fox with mange. In the last news story a similar
expert said it was a coyote with mange.
I have tried to find a photo of a fox with mange but could not find one in
which all its fur was gone, only pics with partial fur loss.
Odd that three of these animals have been seen in recent days in the area,
two dozen chickens were drained of blood with no meat eaten, and neighbors
report their goats also drained of blood. This doesn't appear to be fox-like
behavior. But, of course, witnesses are always hallucinating when they
disagree with "scientists."
