Hurricanes Are Man Made?

I just read on a youtube comment that cynically implied that Floridian Hurricanes are created by the government in order to kill off the elderly who live there and reduce medicare. Because people "go missing" in Hurricanes families do not get insurance either.

Does anyone have further details, sources etc - It may have been a joke but it makes a hell of a lot of sense.

Also in general is there any evidence of man made natural disasters?

Oh yeah, hurricanes can be produced by artificial means, HAARP for example is well known to have been suspect in various incidents (Including the earthquake that struck China).

My belief is that the government does have some ability to manipulate weather. . you have unnamed clouds in New Zealand (http://www.prisonplanet.com/strange-unnamed-clouds-appearing-all-over-the-world.html). Hurricane Ivan that was turned sharply awayon 911 from the New York coast (see you don't see it in the news). After 911 there were earthquakes due to the recoil of matter within the earth's core. I do not believe there is an ability to create a hurricane but only stir it and increase the amplitude of it. What government is beyond me. I believe the accident with Columbia space shuttle mission was completely accidently with the reentry to our magnetic electrical sphere . . .with something called a sprite (http://www.holoscience.com/news/balloon.html). The onslaught of hurricanes on the florida coast was due in fact to mother nature. That's my opinion or belief. Though I'm in the dark due to our secret goverment . . I even believe the tsunami of asia was not man made. However with the equipment they use for finding oil in the ocean basin echo co location . . may have attributed to this. . .although I have not information that that was going on. With the amount of disinformation to weed thur it's difficult to get the truth. The earthquake in china (http://www.mathaba.net/0_index.shtml?x=592590)had rainbow clouds before the earthquake. I was praying for this small group of people there that were being terrorized by the government. I completely have no opinion whether this was man made thur the use of harrp or telsa technology. But of course there has been ecological terrorism that has been going on with marine animals and other sentiment creatures upon the earth for sometime.


I had a great empathy toward the earth and still do.

i have a navy friend who told me years back when hurricane andrew happened that it was caused by navy physysists trying to harness the weather belts. supposedly, they had 3 15' dia. laser beam machines that would bombard the magnetic north poles with plastic particles from the space shuttle. at the time whenever the shuttles went up, a newscast in L.A. would report just what companies paid to have their experiments tested in zero gravity. the government stopped that. i always watched that newsman, hal fishman, he died a couple of years ago.
since that hurricane, which broke all wind records, there had never before been 200+ mph winds to hit land, the hurricanes have often been fierce.
