This is absolutely excellent!

I'm going to print this off (along with some other stuff), and send it to my kids' schools. They both brought home letters yesterday stating the schools are "prepared" for local outbreaks, yet giving no details of what that preparation entailed - just the usual shit about washing your hands etc.

I want to know if they've surreptitiously got on-the-spot vaccinating lined up - I'm thinking it would be typical to find they've an arrangement to get fucking Sure Start nurses round to administer the shots as soon as they get a call from the school saying there's a rumour or suspicion of someone having contracted it, and parents might only get notification after the event!

All I can say is, I hope this works and this woman and the FBI aren't part of the very system they're wanting to try and break down. Corruption runs deep in the world today, so something like this won't be easy. I sent a copy to my local newspaper in hopes they run it. I'm not counting on it, but you never know. The people of the USA are confronted with crimes on a scale never seen before, which are being perpetrated by their own elected representatives, who under color of their office, are following the agenda of an international corporate crime syndicate.

There is clear evidence that the artificial (genetic) swine flu virus and swine flu vaccine are part of a comprehensive effort to mass murder the people of the USA for the purpose of financial and political gain by an international crime group.

There is evidence that many organisations – World Health Organisation, UN as well as vaccine companies such as Baxter and Novartis – are part of a single system under the control of a core criminal group, who give the strategic leadership, and who have funded the development, manufacturing and now released of artificial viruses in order to justify mass vaccinations with a toxic substance in order to eliminate the people of the USA, and so gain control of the assets, resources etc of North America.

There is clear, verifiable and unambiguous evidence that WHO supplied the live bird flu virus for 72 kilograms of pandemic material that Baxter AG, the Austrian subsidiary of Baxter Int, released in Austria in February 2009, nearly triggering a global bird flu pandemic. The Austrian police are investigating the incident after charges were filed.

WHO declared pandemic level 6 on June 11th, and, as a result, President Obama is now entitled to impose martial law and deploy FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security "Pandemic Task Forces".
Each State Governor will be notified that the provisions of the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act (MSEHPA) will be implemented. This means that all Americans must consent to mass vaccinations, or be guilty of a felony crime.

The legal situation is that anyone who refuses the vaccine, and/or resists forced relocation to a prepared "quarantine compound", can "legally" be shot and killed because police are allowed to use „deadly force“ against felony suspects.

There is clear proof WHO is misusing the declaration of a pandemic – designed for far more severe outbreaks than the current one which has so far cost only 27 lives in the USA, far fewer that the 36,000 deaths due to seasonal flu each year -- in order to gain control of the USA’s command structures with its affiliated organisations, specifically Homeland Security and FEMA.

You can act to stop this now.

Become part of a new legal militia defending the Constitution, your rights and the Rule of Law by filing cases to obtain corrective justice.

You have the right to insist everyone, no matter how high his or her elected office might be, obey the Law of the Land.

You have the right to demand accountability before the law even from the President as the Founding Fathers intended. The President is elected to serve you – the People, after all.

No law the President makes that abolishes the Constitution, your rights and law of the land can be valid because any President derives his authority solely from that same Constitution and that Law. Hold law enforcement agencies accountable for doing their job.

What do you need to do?

To file charges concerning the forced mass vaccination programme at your local court, read and then download the document called „Criminal charges at your local district court“, containing evidence for a plan to commit genocide against the people of the USA using an artificial virus and mandatory vaccines. Submit it, together with the appropriate form for private citizens wishing to file criminal charges at your local court.

Ring up your district court beforehand to find out the specifics for your county and state.

Can you be charged with defamation?

No. You are alleging a crime has been committed and supplying evidence for your allegations, and asking the district attorney to investigate and determine if a crime has indeed been committed. Defamation is making allegations when you supply no evidence to substantiate your claim. Every citizen has the right to file criminal charges if they have good reason to believe a crime has been committed and they have sufficient evidence to back up their allegations. It is the duty of the authorities to initiate an investigation into any crime if there is sufficient evidence to warrant one, and to charge only those who are found guilty. Your filing charges does not mean anyone will be found guilty.

Can a court refuse to let you file criminal charges?

No. It is the duty of the law enforcement system, of which local district courts are a part, to investigate alleged crimes if there is reasonable evidence. Every citizen has the right to file charges over alleged crimes and initiate an investigation.

Can you be accused of being a political extremist, an anti-Obama activist and a terrorist?

No. You are alleging that an international organised corporate crime syndicate has annexed high government office in the USA and that the defendants named in the document are part of this syndicate and are following the syndicate’s agenda under colour of their office, both Democrats and Republicans.

You are making accusations of criminal wrongdoing from which you believe you will also suffer and by high-ranking state officials backed up with evidence and not political statements.

Will you be contacted by law enforcement again?

Most likely not. You are not a direct witness of the crimes alleged but are reporting a possible crime based on circumstantial evidence and expert witness, and you are asking the authorities to conduct a deeper investigation since you have submitted the evidence you have. If they contact you, tell me you have given all the information you have.

What's the point?

If ten, a hundred or more people file across the USA, then your local law enforcement will, at the very minimum, be forced to read the material and so will grow in awareness that there are indeed terrorists in the USA – and they have annexed high government office!

You can also send an document "Evidence” to your state representatives and state prosecutors and attorneys or download.

If that’s too much, just fax the letter with a link to the document to them.

Is this another so-called „Conspiracy theory“ without any evidence?

No. To repeat, here is clear evidence of a pattern of activity involving many different organisations and persons that suggest offences under bioterrorism acts and racketeering influenced organised crime laws that can stand up in a court of law.

Clear evidence is emerging othat the "swine flu" virus was artificially (genetically) engineered and deliberately released in the middle of April to justify mass forced vaccinations as part of a covert international bioweapons programme designed to depopulate the USA so that it can be handed over to WHO and the UN and run by UN troops (such as those from China, Canada, Mexico, the UK etc) acting on behalf of an international crime corporate syndicate.

WHO has now declared a pandemic level 6, thereby triggering the first steps to forced mass vaccination that will -- there is evidence -- lead to the mass genocide of the people of America leaving the country to be occupied by UN troops (e.g. from China, Mexico, Canada etc).

The motivation for the crime is classical robbery followed by murder although the scale and method are new in history. The core group sets its strategic goals and operative priorities in secret using committees such as the Trilateral Commission, and in person-to-person contact in the annual Bilderberg meeting. It can be identified as the “Illuminati”, a mafia-like group with family dynasties at its center, such as the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds.

This group has launched a covert biological warfare against the targeted US population by infiltrating a spectrum of organisations so that they actually march as one phalanx to carry out their plan of genocide.

They have annexed the highest government office in the USA. They have created, resourced and sustained a covert bioweapons system for purposes of mass murder with the help of the

- WHO
- EU
- National research labs such as the CDC
- Vaccine companies
- FEMA
- Homeland Security

These organisations interact with each other to develop and distribute biological weapons in secret.

They have leveraged funding through the banking system as well as through the drug trade they control.

They have leveraged technology to improve their capability to use biological agents to eliminate the population of the US by developing genetic viruses such as the bird flu and swine flu virus in labs.

They have developed vaccine companies to deliver the biological agents to the population through vaccines, which will be compulsory in the event of a pandemic.

They have positioned themselves to profit from any pandemic they themselves create by securing funding and lucrative contracts for “anti dote” vaccines with governments and international organisations such as WHO far in advance.

They have implemented an illegal and unconstitutional regulatory framework to compel people to accept mass vaccinations so that the people of America will not be allowed to refuse an untested vaccine and they will not be allowed to sue for compensation.

They have installed a covert infrastructure of genocide in the USA, including FEMA camps with incinerators and mass graves.

They have trained police and other security and health organisations such as Homeland Security and FEMA to carry out the programme of genocide, and to target American patriots calling for a return to the Constitution as terrorists.

They use organisations such as the CIA and the Freemasons, and means such as offshore bank accounts and blackmail, to carry out their covert plans.

They have made use of their control of the mainstream media to ensure that the people of America are given faulty information about the pandemic and so are more likely to accept the vaccines from the very same companies suspected of being involved in starting those same pandemics.

By eliminating the US population, they aim to acquire the resources and assets of the country at relatively little expense and without being held accountable because the programme of genocide is disguised as a necessary public health measure by the media and government agents they control.

They aim to introduce a new North American Union, including Canada and Mexico, under the authority of the Federal Reserve and patrolled by UN troops to maximise their political and economic control of the USA.

Specifically, evidence is presented that the vaccine company Baxter’s Austrian subsidiary deliberately released live bird flu virus in February, 2009, nearly triggering a pandemic.

The amount of material was 72 kilograms.

This material was sent to 16 labs in four countries under a false label.

The 72 kilos of live bird flu virus was destined for the seasonal flu vaccine.

The deadly mixture of live bird flu virus and human flu virus were mixed in a Biosecurity level 3 facility, where basic protocol and procedures would make it impossible to ever mix a live virus bioweapon with vaccine material by accident.

The mixture was a super-wide spectrum combination H3N2 seasonal flu virus and live, unlabeled H5N1 viruses. If both strains were to incubate and recombine in a human host, a virus could mutate via "reassortment" into a virulent airborne weapon that would cause a pandemic.

The material was not radiated before it was sent out, leaving the deadly virus alive. It was only detected when a lab member in a lab in the Czech Republic tested a portion on ferrets and these died. Lab staff in Austria and the Czech Republic were subsequently given preventative treatment against the bird flu in hospitals in Vienna, Austria.

There is evidence the Austrian Health Minister is involved in a cover up because he sent a vet to examine the incident and Baxter was given a green light to continue as before.

WHO supplied the live bird flu virus, which Baxter used in its 72 kilos of contaminated material. WHO has supplied the funding, licences and regulatory framework for the development of the bird flu virus in labs and the “anti-dote” vaccine.

WHO has deliberately and systematically suppressed and manipulated scientific facts on the virus and vaccines to serve the interests of the international crime syndicate group.

WHO issues talking points and statements that are propagandist in style and designed to sway public opinion in favour of the vaccine.

WHO has rushed to declare a pandemic level 6 in disregard for the science in order to justify commandeering, together with the UN, national US government agencies and authorities, setting up a control center in the WHO Pandemic Control Room which has supercomputers linked to the UN.

WHO redefined “Pandemic” as “Widespread, spreading from human to human but not particularly dangerous” changing it from its previous definition of “widespread, rapidly spreading and very dangerous.

Legislation is in place which would require Americans to either submit to vaccination once a pandemic is declared by either the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Governor of your State or both.

Refuse this vaccine and you will find yourself confined either as a felon without benefit of judge or jury if the offence is a State level one, or involuntarily incarcerated in Federal FEMA holding camps if the offence is a Federal one.

If you are in the US, entering or leaving the US at that time, will be to either submit to a weaponized substance being injected into our bodies or involuntary detention.

You will have no right to claim compensation in case of death or injury from the vaccination under special immunity laws.

WHO has rushed to give companies such as Baxter funding and contracts to develop the swine flu vaccine in spite of the fact that Baxter was mixed 72 kilos of live bird flu with human flu vaccine material in a BSL-3 facility, failed to radiate it and sent it out to 16 labs in four countries as for the seasonal flu vaccine material locations.

About eight weeks later, a genetically engineered virus for a worldwide interspecies flu pandemic breaks out close to Baxter’s facilities in Mexico City and the same company is given contracts to produce vaccines for the outbreak.

Furthermore, Novartis, which caused the death of at least 21 homeless people in Poland due to their fully licensed bird flu vaccine has been awarded huge contracts by WHO and other governments.

The swine flu virus is an artificial, lab engineered and there is evidence it was released from a lab.

The vaccine for it will be produced in cell cultures that have been responsible for viruses such as AIDs.

Dangerous adjuvants such as squalene are to be added.

There is evidence from a witness that key members of the international criminal corporate syndicate discussed depopulation at their annual Bilderberg meeting in Greece attended by David Rockefeller.

The financial links between Illuminati crime gang members such as the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds and WHO, the UN and the EU as well as the banks that hold shares in vaccine companies, in media and in offshore banking appear to be extremely complex and need investigation by the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

How to file the criminal charges at your local district court.

Call your local district court and ask them how to file a criminal complaint as a private citizen i.e. which place, which form you need to fill out etc.

Go to the court, fill out the appropriate form and add the downloaded document as evidence and hand it in.

How to file the injunction.

To file the injunction, you will need an attorney.

The injunction does not allege a crime has been committed. It is a request to the court to issue an order banning mass vaccinations on the grounds that there is a high probability they will be dangerous. Because evidence that vaccines are dangerous is not admissible in courts, which must be guided by the general consensus in the medical community, the vaccines are defined in this injunction as bioweapons.

Yet, along with many others, I too have been telling whom ever had the mind to listen that the swine flu, and probably earlier flus, are all manufactured and released to create a yearly profit season for the big pharmas. This is going to make quite a stir I should think.

I'm sending a copy to my MP to peruse and digest,and my local doctors surgery,they have a very annoying voicemail about what to do if you suspect you have swine flu:rolleyes:.

I contacted my MP, on 20th August 2008, to warn of the dangers of Gardasil, which was before 'they' started the mass vaccination campaign here last year in the Schools. My MP did not reply to me until 29th October 2008 which was after the vaccination campaign was over. They are a waste of time although if you e-mail them they can't later deny knowledge of what you tell them.

I also stood up at a public meeting my MP had a couple of months ago and mentioned Codex Alimentarius and gave him printed information on it and dangers of vaccines. I got a letter back from him which basically said he was only wiling to go by official government guidelines issued by their Chief Medical Officer. Total rubbish but that is what MPs are ment to be.

Still, send the info to your MP as a miracle may happen.

This is exactly what I have been saying in other posts, and it explains exactly why the swine flu was was deadly in Mexico. The people who died from the swine flu there were people who had received vaccinations, and therefore they had the virus injected directly into their bloodstreams. This is the only thing that has made any sense from the very beginning.

The dots are quite easy to connect.

1) We know there are globalists who want to control people on a global level.
2) We know some of these globalists are in it for the money.
3) We know some of these globalists are in it for the power.
4) We know vaccinations are a way to achieve both of these.
5) We know the pharmaceutical companies are greed mongers.
6) We know they have bought off DC and Wall Street.
7) We know the Baxter mistake was impossible, and had to be on purpose.
8) We know Baxter is heavily involved in the swine flu vaccines.
9) We know from official press releases that Baxter is working with Novartis, et al.
10) We know they failed to convince the MSM audience that swine flu was a big deal even tho they are still trying to no avail.
11) We know there is no sound reason to raise swine flu to a pandemic level 6.
12) We know they didn't build FEMA camps just for the hell of it.

We do not need to know anything else to see what is happening.
I have never before encountered a conspiracy whose dots are easier to connect.

Unfortunately, the forces at work in this scheme are so far more powerful than some journalist filing a law suit that none of this information will ever see the light of day in any of our news media, and it is highly likely that it will also never see the light of day in any serious court.

I pray for all of us. The US is about to collapse economically. This will be followed by martial law, fake pandemics, forced vaccinations, jackboots at our doorsteps, and mass roundups and property confiscations. I really thought I would never live to see it happen, but I was wrong. I only hope we have the courage and the sense of the young Iranians.
