Separation feels so sad, we need more hugs

I think what could change our world is to totally transform the extent to which most of us feel separate from each other at this time. We need to go back to communities and strong support networks. I have experienced the opposite of this for most of my life and I can see how essential this is to our very health- mentally, physically, emotionally.....and spiritually!

We need to hug more.
I am a big believer that an abundance of love and affection beginning from birth is the way to bring healing and love to our planet as a whole.
When we hug, we remember that we are one again.

I have a theory too that perversion and violence stem from a lack of the experience of true affection and love. I believe that this causes a kind of chasm within a person's being, resulting in the external symptoms of violence while the inner self...lost inside the hypnosis of a confusion....is trying somehow to understand the experience of the chaos of the mind; its prison.

My childhood was pretty hugless and it did me no good! :(

But my children get loads of hugs and it's brilliant! :)

** The love starts before birth! I'm 100% convinced of that! Love your fetus! Think emoto. A fetus is mainly water (I assume) so the loving vibes are going to have a good effect! Love starts at conception! Loving energy...

And when the loving energy comes in the form of a hug from another human being....

Yes, lets fill are Hearts with so much Love that we can Hug the World. :)
