View Full Version : Flexing the Pineal Gland ???

Hey.
I was reading something on the net earlier today which really caught my attention, and it said that when you get that chill that goes from your head all the way down your spine, that it's actually an electric wave. It's light energy and at the top of the wave is the pineal gland, which is responsible for dreaming, raising consciousness vibration, excreting DMT.
Now i found this really interesting. Click this link and scroll down to where it says "Addendum"
http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/ciencia/ciencia_thirdeye.htm
I had no idea what that chill was and did not know that it was linked to the pineal gland. I've been able to induce that chill every since i was small. I never did it a lot though. I can do it naturally and thought everyone was able to do this.
Like i can do it right now. It's sort of like a muscle that i can flex with ease. I wonder what would happen if i sat down and closed my eyes and just flexed it for a good 10 minutes.
This guy says he repaired nerve damage doing this everyday for 5 months. I couldn't find this information anywhere else on the net, but i think this is the the kabbalah or something
What if we kept exercising that muscle, and somehow gained telepathic abilities or was able to teleport or something. That would be sick lol.
also, check this out. Really interesting!

It definitely feels like electric energy down the spine.
wonder why they don't teach this mainstream lol

Yeh same. I can send the chill, at will. Yo.
No, seriously though. That's very interesting that it connects to the pineal gland.
I've also noticed that my favorite music, scenes from a movie, or thoughts about the past/future can also send the chill.

OMG :D Lovely to see such a thread. I was intellectualizing that it was somehow connected to that. Awesome that you guys put it that way. Will look at the article when I come back. Lovely. Lovely :D
It most happens exactly how noewhan put it. Hope that we can all use this in good manners. Thanks guys for your posts.

I posted about this months ago, but I called it the surge
But its not just your internal voice. Its a feeling, a surge and I have deffinately been getting the surge. It feels like immense goosebumps, my hairs tingle and my whole body resonates, I feel the surges of good and they manifest whenever I ask questions and philosophise to myself.
The more I forget that it is there or attach myself to the material world, It goes away. It goes away when I drink too much or when I am concerned with my life or whats going on in the 'fake' world, that is money, politics etc.
And heres the kicker, it comes back when I think the words 'I love you'/'I love everyone' and when I think about doing compassionate things and when I think of the sadness and suffering that people on this planet endure and when I have crying children(from news clips of war torn countries) in my thoughts.

Apparently it will only be activated to receive divine light when humanity is collectively ready, but one can prepare for its opening in the meantime by practising non-judgmentalism, acts of compassion, friendship etc.

exactly again! :D Let's get more of that in the next days ahead.
Thank you for the posts guys/gals.
It kicks in like a lamp opens up in your head. I don't know if you observed that but does it happen that when you close your eyes to "induce" that surge, that you later on open your eyes to see 'grids' in the material world and that it somehow looks kind of "bleak"? That kind of happens to me at least.

Been reading a few threads on pineal activity now but this is the first time the big chill has been brought to my attention in relation to it, i just thought everybody did that especially to music, art and overwhelming emotional moments on film ( in particular excalibur when percy tells arthur " you and the land are one" then they ride out to battle!! ) oh and el cid!!! Love these threads :D

the pineal gland is probably the most important gland in our bodies.
the gland is linked to the Third Eye and those that are intuitive and spiritual i believe use and access their third eye.
i did some research not long ago and found that we are attacked by Fluoride in water and foods containing Flouride by the PTB.
the reason is Fluoride calcifies certain hard tissue glands.
the main one it affects is Pineal Gland.
What better way to keep us dumbed down and make sure that it never gets used.
meditation and visualisation by concentating on the pineal gland is a very good technique as well.
in research it was found that the pineal gland reacts to light and is stimulated the same way as the eye.

Oh sweet, it's the same way for me. I can do it at will and certain movie scenes/music/thoughts/emotions can activate it naturally.
We should experiment with this and see what happens.

For the longest time, modern medical science thought this gland had no particular function (which only goes to show how limited modern science can be).
If you've not seen David Wilcock, I'd recommend his 2012 videos. He shows how the elite of all major religions have known about the significance of the pineal gland since ancient times.
The calcification of the pineal gland begins in adolescence, which may explain why children appear to be more attuned to their sixth sense than many adults. As you've said, Fluoride, aspartame and other poisons will intensify the calcification. I believe lots of melatonin, good food will help to reduce the calcification?

What a brilliant thread, we need more like this.
Also i have heard that to reduce calcification you can stand in the sun for twenty minutes a day without a hat on.

I'm starting to become very skeptical about this....this and spirituality as a whole..i mean OBE's, NDE's, astral projection? what if they really are hallucinations or dreams..i mean the science says that all of this is highly possible.
i just think i need to experience something spiritual rather than just blindly believing all this stuff.
I have been flexing the pineal gland, and nothing has been happening. I'm not seeing auroras or anything at all.

noewhan your right. everything requires patience.
I have tried to research this "surge" or "chill down the spine", looking for some kind of medical explanation and I can't find ANYTHING that explains this. it's so mysterious. Not even medical research, all the scientific explanation says it's an emotional thing, connected with dopamine/seratonin, but doesn't that have to do with pineal gland?
Some of you have been saying that you get it when listening to music, or watching a good movie. So i'm thinking it is some sort of mental or emotional thing.
The only thing that can explain the best it is Kundalini, and those links in the Original post.
The science explanation sounds like it's just speculation, and they really have no idea what it is.
http://www.crystalinks.com/kundalini.html
"A few western translators interpret the energetic phenomena as a form of psychic or paranormal energy, although the western parapsychological understanding of psychic energy, separated from its cultural-hermeneutic matrix, is probably not the same as the yogic understanding.
They say is some form of universal life energy or something. They mention it in meditation, so i should try doing it when meditating. For some sort of "Kundalini awakening".
The only real explanation i've got for it IS spirituality.
I'm going to look this up some more.
[edit]
http://csp.org/practices/entheogens/docs/kundalini_survey.html
Within this subset, 49% directly reported that these chills or vibrations occurred on the back or along the spine, thus describing a prominent feature of the kundalini experience; chills and vibrations along the spine. In the theory of kundalini yoga such sensation is associated with the ascent of the kundalini through the chakra system.
So apprently it has something to do with psychedelic drugs.
I've never really paid attention to it, but the surge feels really good...it's like.... euphoric. If i could hold it it would really be amazing, but it's pretty hard to hold it during inhale. While exhaling it's really easy for me.
I can't believe this has spiritual connections, I always thought this was a normal body function that everyone could do.

According to Chinese medicine there is a channel called the Du Mai (Governing Vessel) which runs down your spine, it could be qi you're feeling.

read my previous post, I'm thinking that's what it is. What does it say your supposed to do with it? Just meditate and let it flow?
A guy named "John Chang" apparently used this Chi energy to set paper on fire. I'm definitely going to look into this more.
I'm still researching this guy, apparently he's the real deal. Scientists are stunned. It's amazing that this power is probably dormant in all of us. . This guy is really amazing. I'm still a little skeptical though, but I'm definately going to look into this more.

You should probably cultivate it, meditation and qigong will help. The Du Mai acts as a reservoir for excess qi which overflows from the other channels, qigong will help you to control and store it.

Black sage, I got frustrated when I couldn't see auras either. But i think it's much better to build up to this sort of thing gradually.
One realtively easy thing you and anyone else might like to try to do to increase spiritual powers is to check out the innertalk.co.uk CD range.
http://www.wddtyhealthshop.com/images/InnerTalkgeneral300.jpg
They are affirmation CD's, but the affirmations are subliminally masked to bypass the brain's critical filter. The affirmations are spoken in round robin by a man, woman and child, with direct statements for the right brain and permissive statements for the left.
They have a large range of spirituality CD's, including Developing the Sixth Sense. (http://www.innertalk.co.uk/acatalog/Developing_the_Sixth_Sense.html)
They believe the less conscious effort involved, the greater the reward will be.

I agree on the easier on exhale, i find it best just inbetween, niether exhale or inhale, its like a balaning point ,some surges you can create bigger than others but defo a euphoric feeling...........which was nice!!
xx_black_sage_xx
24-06-2009, 03:57 PM
Yea it's very euphoric, like a high better than crack.
I've looked this up some more, apparently I'm not "flexing" the pineal gland, but more or less turning my attention or focus to it. Remember the phrase, "energy flows where attention goes"? yea, that has real practical applications.
I went to sleep and kind of meditated a little bit, focusing on the pineal gland. I woke up with a very very vivid dream. And I don't usually get vivid dreams like this unless it's a nightmare...which this one was.
I'll try it again tonight when i go to sleep, and see if I get another vivid dream, or something interesting.
I also read, you shouldn't use it so much unless it's needed, cause if you keep using it, your depleting it, and you have to let it build back up. But breathing techniques help that apparently.
So by focusing on the pineal gland, I'm guess it releases small amounts of seratonin/dopamine??? and VERY small amounts of DMT. For it to be useful for any thing pertaining to consciousness, i'd probably have to let it build up for a few days, and meditate also.
particlepopup, do you have aim? so your able to also induce this feeling naturally? How old are you? I fit most of the symptoms of an indigo child, so it's all interesting.
For all of you that can't induce it naturally, you can meditate and focus in that area and you will get the same effect. I tried focusing on that third eye or pineal gland, and i got a small effect, and i didn't meditate, i quickly did it right now. But it's stronger if i induce it naturally.

Im on the wrong side of thirty lol and my aim is just to be the best loving person i can be whilst spreading my experiences of higher self and these nasty control mechanisms to one and all without being fearful, im sure you know what i mean. Ive just done a nice meditation and i found that inducing these surges is like being on a swing, you have to build the surge up and if you kinda get out of the rythmn you have to start again, i think also that it is linked to your core star (just above your belly) cos the feelings i was getting was very similar to being on the big dipper,.......which was also verry nice. Not to sure about using up the energy but it has given me a bit of a dull headache, maybe thats a clearing process, physical manifestion etc.

And if you look further into how the monks harnessed their energy you'll find that they train people from a young age, because apparently a lot has to do with pain resistance and years of training.

But then you have to ask yourself where do some people draw the line between enlightenment and torture? MK Ultra comes to mind.

Hy guys, my first post!
About 9 years ago when i was 20, used to work with spiritual healing and my mom has a kirlian camera for aura pics. It's just the pic of the tip o the finger, that represents your whole "body". It was a nice experience about the power of our minds, give a check at the 3 pics i took, 1st at the end of a normal workday and in 3 minutes intervals for the next 2; the 2nd pic focusing on "break" or "open" the aura and the 3rd after focusing to put it together again.
http://s897.photobucket.com/albums/ac175/superguili/?action=view¤t=1.jpg
Now with the info in this site things started to make a lot of sense...
Thanks,
Guili.

I think if you're imagining the aura to be certain color, its your aura/mind already changing its state, but your mind is your limit.
Flexing the pineal gland like a muscle(as posted) was the way i focused for the pics, and also i use this as a auto-healing system for my body since a long time. When i go to bed i just relax deeply and flex the gland spreading the "chills" inside my body, and also concentrating it in a spot in case i feel unwell. It's my meditation and it balances the energy flow in my body.
I don't think there's a limit to use it, i rather imagine that i'm getting this energy from a source like the sun, or god, or whatever you call.

If conciousness is your perception of your senses, and you trace this back to its source, what many of us think is the pineal, the whole lot only exists in our imagination. So it exists, it dosent, and both, the eternal triangle holding our concious. All seeing eye. Is the vibrating sensation you get your minds eye jumping between these three states of mind?

I don't know man. I know i got something which you might call a "divine thought" after I did this. Like a thought came to me, but it wasn't my thought, it's a thought that i wouldn't think myself. It's like something was trying to speak to me through thoughts. Maybe subconscious/higher self
I've had another "divine thought" when i was waking up in the morning the other day. The message was real loud and clear for me too.
Clearly if it a higher self/angel or something, it loves me very much, one of the thoughts that came to me were good ones to help me better my self. I just really hope i don't go too far in this and stop liking the things I like like video games or anime.
Sometimes I can see this when I close my eyes, at will or it just happens. From a young age too.

Me too, but just thought it was an 'eye thing'. I wish I could access this pineal gland. I'm of the mind mine doesn't work. :o
Speaking of seeing auras: When I was a child I could see.....an energy or slight illumination around people - their heads- but never saw any colors. It was a light/white color, kinda faint with some, stronger with others. But, I'm not a child anymore and can no longer see such things. I suppose if I applied myself but just haven't for no reason in particular.

guys if you can induce the chill, what you do is when you fall asleep, hold it, like flex the pineal gland and keep it flex as you fall asleep, no need to clear your thoughts or anything. keeping the pineal gland flexed while you fall asleep keeps you aware/conscious and will pull you into a dream, i got as far as sleep paralysis and hypnogogic imagery.
