My mum recently came out of hospital after having an operation to remove a growth (not cancer thankfully) from her neck. They canceled her 4 times (she arrived each time before being turned away!)
Anyway she came back with two 50p sized patches on her head, and has since gone bald like they are scarred. She said out of all the pain that was the worse, as if they'd clamped her head or something.
Something sounds odd to me.
Do we have any grounds to complain.
