Well last night before bed I all of a sudden got a pain in the bridge of my nose and in my eyes sockets, a real pressure headache. Then I got a blind spot in my right eye. I've had a sore throat so I guess I'm a bit ill.
When I tried to get to sleep, I couldn't for obvious reasons, but when I did I just kept getting this strong sense that "they" were trying to stop me from sleeping, and I kept waking up. Like they were blocking my mind's eye.
I've been keeping a dream journal and getting more and more lucid.
I have no doubt that this was probably just the manifestation of an illness and my mind, but it's funny how things like that happen.
I had some oil of oregano this morning. Lets see if it works. :p
