Hey mods,
can I use word "FUCK without negative points" ?

what about image like this, does that count as negative points?
you dinged me 3 points for oversize image, no warning, no nothing.
that is not fair.
so, what are the rules?
who determines what word and context, what size of images is acceptable, what not?

No, seriously king, I think we have now fairly well established that the odd swear word here and there (when appropriate) is not considered too serious a crime providing they are not used intrusively or in an abusive or insulting manner towards other members.
We just ask people to go easy, thats all.

I'm a little un clear as to what you are asking...
is it ok to swear? ... well if it means so much its not a problem, you can use swear words.... but as long as they are not insults to other members, this is just the way this forum works... we don't want bullies here... simple as that. its for everyone and we don't want anyone moving in and making it there own... we are here to keep it everyones forum

well my own personal view on swearing is look at what they all mean... the f world means expressing pure sexule energy.... the c word means the womans vagina..... ..s word means our extrament...
and these are all offensive?
why is rape not a swear word.... or toucher?
these word are much worse.

on the old forum i once made a point of how not having rules in there can mess the place up.... and i mouthed of all over the place proving the point that one mans "Free forum" is another mans riot.

I made that point once too which didn't go down well lol (yes, I am using a different name just to keep you guessing ;) ) All the trolls actually stopped freedom of speech, which was kind of ironic.
I don't tend to swear much, but I don't particularly mind if others want to, as long as it isn't a personal attack aimed at me (or another member of the forum)

Moderators why is acceptable to call somebody with an unpopular opinion a cock and a troll? Cosmonaut raises valid points although in a less than tactful way doesn't mean he deserved to be attacked for it..
If you set rules you have to apply them across the board with impartiality, whats good for the goose is good for the gander..

I made this thread before I was "promoted" to Moderator. I don't think what I posted was bad, evil, or mean-spirited. However, the host of this website has made clear what is and isn't appropiate and I have abided by that in interest of harmony. Asking me not to make dark humor threads in the general chat section is not the end of the world, and I'd expect the same mature understanding from yourself. There are for more important battles to fight.

When someone uses intentionally incendiary language, with the purpose of ruffling feathers, not only it offensive, it creates its own world of drama. Instead of fighting the conduct rules in this house (please put your clothes on, for example), it'd be better if members could fight the common enemy (you know the ones that are programming us, poisoning our air, plan to microchip us) with information.

it sure looks like that we have more chiefs than Indians here.
i propose that we elevate 2/3 of users to moderator level, just to be safe.
with 666 moderators and 333 forum users we should be in lot better shape.
you know, we cannot have this place overrun with trolls posting uncensored shite.
and, to be even more safe -- we should do a mental screening
of all potential offenders.
this would entail a rigorous mental test that each forum member would have to undertake when he or she submit an application for forum membership.
afterall, we do not want this place to be like that other David Icke forum.
That place is a complete nut house where people can get away with anything, even expressing their own and often wrong opinion and not obeying any rules.
you can never be too sure. we need not have that kind of thing on this forum.
