My mother is left handed, and although I can say she's abit moody, and no really creative. She's smart as a nail. No kidding. I mean, she can go through 400 page novels in 3 hours. And she's not just skimming through it either, I mean, you can hear her react to parts in the book and such.

I don't think there's an agenda against left handers. Whenever you hear about genetics, it's just about selling the idea that a single gene can be the cause/solution of something. This leads to all kinds of eugenic philosophies (GM & Depop) but left handed hasn't been attacked very much.

As a left hander I've had an advantage in sports and I have found I really like poetry and art...I've found that right handed people who I know that are musicians want to be left handed but they are much better musicians than I am, I am not very musicial at all (despite trying)...

This reminds me of an experiment they did on us when I was in middle school.

What they did was, in school, if you earned so many point at the end of the week, on friday, the last two hours of school, you got free snacks, soda and got to watch movies. Points were earned by grade and behaviour. Now, we were all like 12 years old, and I'll tell you, this sucks.

One week, they came in and sat everyone in my grade down and told us how they had recently had a talk with the school board about an artical written in the news. This artical said that most kids and people with blonde hair and blue eyes and blue eyes did the best in school. So no matter what, they got rewards, and the rest had to work extra hard. So, after 2 weeks of this, they got us all together again, and they told us that the scientists were wrong. That it was people with dark hair. Either red, brown, or black. But no blond. Blond was acctualy quite trouble makers. So, we all got speical rewards for two weeks. It was cool. We made fun of the blond hair kids for not being good enough, and they did the exact same thing to us originally.

But, after 2 weeks. Everyone got called in. And they told us the truth. They wanted to try this with us, so they did call the school board, and they said it would be a great learning expierence, and they really did read it in the news. However, it was that another school did this aswell to prove a point to the kids, that racism still exists in this world, and that we now know what it feels like to be discriminated. And that if we want to better our world, we should learn that these sorts of discrimination are wrong...

I think it's about getting parrents to stop their children using their lef hand. They've never wanted you to use your right side of the brain more, in previous generations teachers forced left handers to switch over to their right hand. This sort of thing has been done throughout history.

I read that it's same with the nostrils, and that most of the time you only breathe through one side of your nose. I'm pretty sure that's true, I've noticed this myself. Furthermore it continued to say that ir you're breathing through the left nostril you're using the right side of the brain more and visa versa, so and so.

My brain must be totally cross wired, I can use both hands for everything I do. And I have preferences for which hand I use for different things.

Genes controlling your favourite hand is all bollocks. I think indoctrination is certainly a contributing factor is this.

If the illuminati could get away with having people topped because of them being left handed, a potential schizoid and 'we must protect the public with pre-emtive laws,' they would do it in a moment, without hesitation.

i remember bring told at junior school to write right handed and gettin clipped with a ruler. also i used to smudge all my work as i had to write with a cartridge pen as it was the 'rule' (left hand follows and smudges wet ink) and then i got told off for messy work. how f'ked up is that.

LMAO me too fucked up or what , i tried to tel the teacherwhen he told us that we had to do homework in fountain pen that i couldnt but he wasnt listening and wouldnt let me speak thinking himslef clever no doubt , so i went home and just did it and waited i nclass for his little fatface to explode and go bright red as usual .Then explain very slowly so he could understand i was left handed and i wrote with my hand curled round my work i couldnt do it any other way .He reluctantly apologised but seemed to find any excuse to have a go after that .He was one of the main reasons i woke up to the fact that grown ups aren'T really are they , i had some good teachers but he wasnt one :D

My daughter is a leftie and she is so creative it's crazy. She draws and paints and makes jewelry and toys and things ALL the time. She is not dyslexic, but she has to try not to write in mirror image. If she was allowed, she would write everything so that it would read perfectly when held up to a mirror.

Im totally left sided...left handed and left footed at football,the only thing I do right handed is play golf which I'm shite at....I would go along with the theory that left handed people tend to be more creative as we are more governed by the right side of the brain although I wouldn't say thats always the case.

I'm right handed but had to learn to use my left hand for my mouse because RSI seemed to be creeping in. Bit odd initially but now I can use it OK either way.

I now use the mouse left handed for the same reason, no big deal, in fact, I now prefer it.
