Sorry to mix 2 different subjects in one thread but here goes:

I was watching Pan's Labirynth the other day - it is a story about a young girl in Spain at the time of Franco, who escapes into a 'fantasy' world to avoid the reality of her mum marrying a nasty man who's part of the reppression machine at the time. What I found intriguing was the fact that the big black cars that feature in the film all have the Rothschild emblem on the side doors. It is unexplained in the film, but there must be a reason for it.Has anyone noticed it?

The other subject,Jim Morrison from The Doors:I was wondering why he was called the Lizard King.I remember reading his biography years ago and the episode of the car crash when he was a child and the car he was travelling in killed some Native Indians. He always claimed that an Indian spirit entered his body at that time. Also his father was in the Army/Navy,so perhaps in some way involved in some CIA project.
Does anyone know anything about this?

heh yeah i think he is the reptile king, "I am the lizard king; I can do anything"

we ben heavily discussning it today at my house. my flatmate says he is either mr mojo rising himself re incarnate, or his spirit.

so "MOJO RISING" is aparently an anagram of his name "Jim Morrison" but i found there are 2 r's in his name not 1.

yes and the newer 'Labirynth' film has a lot of 'symbolism' stuff in it too- not to mention old David Bowie himself as the Goblin King!!
definately something more to these films/stories!

The Lizard King,
The King of Rock and Roll,
It would seem that Kings die on their thrones.

:D lmao

I think Jim was controlled by his addictions
and had little time if any to be involved in anything other than music.

"some of the worst mistakes of my life have been haircuts"
Jim Morrison.

When you see clips of him,he is more Frank Spencer than James Dean.

His poetry is OK though.

There is also a two M's in his name not one that is why the name that Morrison made for himself was: "Mr. Mojo Rising !" ;)

The Doors are my favorite band of all time and will always be. As for why Morrison called himself Lizard King, I reckon we'll never know the true reason for it. But I have no doubt that he was TRULY anti-establishment which is why some speculate that his death was actually a murder. Again, we'll never know while in the physical.

You signed up just to resurrect a pointless 3 year old thread. Man what is wrong with people.
