Hi all, could people give us the heads up on the bad ingredients in things like, Shampoo, Showergel, Bath Soak, Sun Cream even baby Wipes........
I think we may be getting slighty paranoid here, but we are really looking at everything we get and building knowledge of the stuff to try and avoid, and the reasons behind why they are bad for us :)
We are currently aware of, Sodium Laureth Sulphate and titanium Dioxide, but are looking for other things to avoid, as we will be re-stocking soon so want to get the right stuff that is more beneficial for us all :)
Many Thanks

Also thimerserol (mercury ) in contact lense fluids.
I think that contributed to my mercury toxicity.

I'm not sure if it is still in or is in all lens solutions or whether they even label it, but I read it was in contact lens solutions, yikes, you just never know where this stuff might be.

Just wanted to say that it is dangerous to use any supplements or smoke or take any meds while using the zapper. It for some reason makes the body ingest anything more after a session.
Also in her book the cure for all diseases she talks about femine products having metals in it which in turn makes our parts numb. She says since it is unavoidable to place a tissue between our skin and the products.
I dont have the equipment she uses to test this out. But I trust it as I notice a numbness from the products.
I rinse my veggies and fruits now in a bowl of water and 1/8th cup of hydrogen peroxide now since I found out from msgtruth.org or com cant remember, that auxigro sprays the crops with msg now.
Yuck.

i just read the scary claims on SLS (Herbal Essence) on the other thread, that it causes cataract as well. so i went to the supermarket looking for some alternative, seems like the ones without SLS contains Ammonia Laureth(or Lauryl) Sulphate (Pantene, Palmolive).
Well, before i can get my hands on truly natural products (nearly impossible in my part of the earth), could anyone tell me abt ALS?

Avoid Hydrogenated fats. They have no calorific value and are used to prolong shelf life also well known to be carcinogenic.

Avoid microwaves, gas grills, and only use natural charcoal, not the mercury filled common stuff.

Also avoid Lauryth sulfate too. This is another cheap ingrediant that many manufacturers put in shampoos and laundry detergent.
If you are unsure, the best bet is to go simple. Alot of the so called products on the market have one or two basic ingrediants with the rest being a bunch of chemicals, alcohols, etc. Then they justify this by putting a big price tag on the item. One of the biggest rip offs out there are many of the skin care products marketed for women. You can moisturize your face with simple products like almond oil or rose hip oil and these products are a lot less expensive then others that are loaded with some of the stuff I mentioned above.

Hi guys!
Great thread!
Wanted to ask if natural 'anti-perspirants" work Ok for you guys?
Coz I tried a couple - and it was a total waste of money, unfortunately I still use the reguar one because of it.
So that aluminum oxide is really bad?
How bad - if anyone knows?
Thanks!
