THE PLANETARY SUPERHUMAN GOVERNMENT

Seraphim and their associated cherubim have much to do with the details of the superhuman government of a planet. These angels, ably assisted by the midwayers, function on Urantia as the actual supermaterial ministers who execute the mandates of the resident Governor General and all his associates and subordinates.

The direct administrative cabinet of the Governor General consists of twelve seraphim, the acting chiefs of the twelve groups of special angels functioning as the immediate superhuman directors of planetary progress and stability.

When the first Governor General arrived on Urantia, concurrent with the outpouring of the Spirit of Truth at Pentecost two thousand years ago, he was accompanied by twelve corps of special seraphim, Seraphington graduates, who were immediately assigned to certain special planetary services. These exalted angels are known as the master seraphim of planetary supervision.

These twelve groups of angels, while functioning under the general supervision of the resident Governor General, are immediately directed by the seraphic council of twelve, the acting chiefs of each group. This council also serves as the volunteer cabinet of the resident Governor General.

The twelve corps of the master seraphim of planetary supervision are functional on Urantia as follows:

1. The epochal angels. These are the angels of the current age, the dispensational group. These celestial ministers are intrusted with the oversight and direction of the affairs of each generation as they are designed to fit into the mosaic of the age in which they occur.


2. The progress angels. These seraphim are intrusted with the task of initiating the evolutionary progress of the successive social ages, and they foster the development of the inherent progressive trend of evolutionary creatures.


3. The religious guardians. These are the "angels of the churches," the earnest contenders for that which is and has been. They endeavor to maintain the ideals of that which has survived for the sake of the safe transit of moral values from one epoch to another. They are the checkmates of the angels of progress, all the while seeking to translate from one generation to another the imperishable values of the old and passing forms into the new and therefore less stabilized patterns of thought and conduct. These angels do contend for spiritual forms, but they are not the source of ultra-sectarianism and meaningless controversial divisions of professed religionists.


4. The angels of nation life. These are the "angels of the trumpets," directors of the political performances of Urantia national life. It is particularly through the ministry of this seraphic division that "the Most Highs rule in the kingdoms of men."


5. The angels of the races. These angels work for the conservation of the evolutionary races of time, regardless of their political entanglements and religious groupings. On Urantia there are remnants of nine human races which have commingled and combined into the people of modern times. These seraphim are closely associated with the ministry of the race commissioners.


6. The angels of the future. These are the projection angels, who forecast a future age and plan for the realization of the better things of a new and advancing dispensation; they are the architects of the successive eras.


7. The angels of enlightenment. These angels are occupied with mental and moral training as it concerns individuals, families, groups, schools, communities, nations, and whole races, dedicated to the fostering of planetary education.


8. The angels of health. These are the seraphic ministers assigned to the assistance of those mortal agencies dedicated to the promotion of health and the prevention of disease.


9. The home seraphim. These angelic ministers are dedicated to the preservation and advancement of the home, the basic institution of human civilization.


10. The angels of industry. This seraphic group is concerned with fostering industrial development and improving economic conditions among the Urantia peoples.


11. The angels of diversion. These are the seraphim who foster the values of play, humor, and rest. They ever seek to uplift man's recreational diversions and thus to promote the more profitable utilization of human leisure.


12. The angels of superhuman ministry. These are the angels of the angels, those seraphim who are assigned to the ministry of all other superhuman life on the planet, temporary or permanent.



THE RESERVE CORPS OF DESTINY

The reserve corps of destiny consists of living men and women who have been admitted to the special service of the superhuman administration of world affairs. This corps is made up of the men and women of each generation who are chosen by the spirit directors of the realm to assist in the conduct of the ministry of mercy and wisdom to the children of time on the evolutionary worlds. It is the general practice in the conduct of the affairs of the ascension plans to begin this liaison utilization of mortal will creatures immediately they are competent and trustworthy to assume such responsibilities. Accordingly, as soon as men and women appear on the stage of temporal action with sufficient mental capacity, adequate moral status, and requisite spirituality, they are quickly assigned to the appropriate celestial group of planetary personalities as human liaisons, mortal assistants.

When human beings are chosen as protectors of planetary destiny, when they become pivotal individuals in the plans which the world administrators are prosecuting, at that time the planetary chief of seraphim confirms their temporal attachment to the seraphic corps and appoints personal destiny guardians to serve with these mortal reservists. All reservists have self-conscious Adjusters, and most of them function in the higher cosmic circles of intellectual achievement and spiritual attainment.

Mortals of the realm are chosen for service in the reserve corps of destiny on the inhabited worlds because of:


1. Special capacity for being secretly rehearsed for numerous possible emergency missions in the conduct of various activities of world affairs.


2. Wholehearted dedication to some special social, economic, political, spiritual, or other cause, coupled with willingness to serve without human recognition and rewards.


3. The possession of a Thought Adjuster of extraordinary versatility and probable pre-Urantia experience in coping with planetary difficulties and contending with impending world emergency situations.


4. Each division of planetary celestial service is entitled to a liaison corps of these mortals of destiny standing. On Urantia there are twelve reserve corps of destiny, one for each of the planetary groups of seraphic supervision.


5. Based on the principle of "as above so below" the twelve sectors of the Christ Michael's Global Spiritual Network (CMGSN) will be linked to the twelve sectors of the planetary reserve corps of destiny, one for each of the twelve sectors of the seraphic planetary activity and supervision.

As there must be two polarities in order for experience to exist at all, also came my counterpart Sandalphon. We are known as the Angels who sit at the top and the bottom of the Tree of Life. It is so, in the sense that what is created from the nameless formless void must be anchored into place in order for it to be experienced as real. Through the two of us, God was able to bring forth infinite potentialities and possibilities of itself, and to
know itself more fully.

We hold you, your world, your universe and all the dimensions of reality between us, Sandalphon and I. We are part of you and you are part of us. We all sprang forth from the creative thought of God. We contain within us the Tree of Life. Whether you know us or not, we share in your experience as embodied consciousness. We assist you in creating that experience, whatever you choose it to be. As you came forth from God, seeking to have your own unique experience, you were given the gifts of free will and absolute creatorship.

You have all existed as a part of God always. You have chosen, at times, to experience yourself as an individual consciousness, and at times as a part of the One
Consciousness. You have chosen to have the embodied experience in materiality that you are now partaking of.
All the dimensions of reality exist as sound vibration, or frequency. All is an emanation of sound from the One Consciousness. Although it may feel and appear that we are
separate, you and I, and are very far away from one another, this is not the case.

That which you know as the space time continuum is an illusion, a hologram, if you will. You and I, and all else that is, exist as One in no-space and no-time. The difference between the varieties of experience available throughout the dimensions and myriad forms of life
is simply the level of frequency, or sound vibration.
You have chosen, now, in your embodiment, to live in this illusion of space-time for a while. When you chose that, you descended in frequency. The sound vibration of Godconsciousness is very high, and nothing is perceived as tangible. In order for materiality, for the solid reality that you are very familiar with, to exist, the sound vibration must be lower and slower.

It was necessary for you to lower the frequency of your portion of God-consciousness in order to experience embodied life. The only difference between you and I, God, and All-That-Exists, is the level of sound vibration.
Materiality came to be created as a further expansion of God's experience of Self. It was created from great joy, as is everything that emanates from God. It was created to be an experience in differences, or polarities. Although by necessity created from a lower frequency of sound vibration, materiality was not created to be anything less than the perfection of All-That-Is. It was created simply to be another variety of joyous experience. Along the way, the thought came into being that some parts of the experience of materiality were good and some were bad. All creation continually perpetuates by the thought of God-consciousness, all God consciousness.

Thus, the thought that some part of creation could be less than perfect came into being.
As more parts of God-consciousness began to agree with that thought, the frequency of materiality descended further. What was created from the highest frequencies of love and
joy descended into the lower frequencies of judgment and fear. This has been your world, your planet Earth, and all life forms which dwell upon her – living the experience of not perfect. You who dwell upon the Earth have, in truth, never been anything other than perfect facets of creation.
You have been having the experience of being not-perfect and separate from the God-consciousness that you really are.
Now, there are those among you that have chosen to have a different experience – that of experiencing your perfection and wholeness once again. As God-consciousness, you have
always had your own free will to create your experience any way that you chose.

As you chose to experience the frequencies of fear and separation, so you may now choose to embrace the frequencies of love and joy. It is in response to that choice that I come to you and assist you. I bring the highest frequencies of joy, once again, into the Earth plane, so that you may know and feel your true nature.
I have experienced your pain and fear, for I am part of you. I am the energy that brings forth all manifestation from out of the void. I have not been separate from you. I exist to serve you, and all creation. I exist to assist you throughout your experiences as Godconsciousness,
no matter which experiences you have chosen. The many of you have not been able to perceive me because you have chosen to experience the lower frequency rather than the higher. I respond now, to your collective choosing, once again, to experience the frequency of joy that is your Divine heritage.

As you choose, so shall it be given. I bring my energies into your plane to assist you to know your own perfection in
embodied form. You are not now, nor have you ever been, anything less than unique and brilliant facets of God-consciousness.

The extent of Satan’s evil influence is revealed at 1 John 5:19, which states: “The whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one.”

The Devil is maneuvering mankind into a tempest of increasing woes. In fact, he is more determined than ever to do harm. Why? Because he and the demons were evicted from heaven after God’s Kingdom was established in 1914. Regarding this eviction, the Bible foretold: “Woe for the earth . . . ,because the Devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time.” (Revelation 12:7-12)

How, then, does Satan wield his influence over mankind
today? Satan does so primarily by promoting a spirit that governs the way that people think and act. Accordingly, Ephesians 2:2 calls the Devil “the ruler of the authority of the air, the spirit [or, dominant attitude] that now operates in the sons of disobedience.” Instead of
encouraging godly fear and goodness, this demonic “air” breeds rebellion against God and his standards. Satan and his demons thus promote and aggravate the evil perpetrated by humans.



“Safeguard Your Heart”

One manifestation of this “air” is the plague of pornography, which inflames improper sexual desires and makes aberrant behavior appear to be appealing. (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5) Rape, sadism, gang rape, bestiality, and the sexual abuse of children are some of the
subjects that pornography features as entertaining. Even in its less noxious forms, pornography can be highly addictive and harms those who view it or read it, turning them
into habitual voyeurs. It is an evil that damages both human relations and one’s relationship with God.

Pornography reflects the debased mentality of the demons who promote it— rebels whose improper sexual desires date back to the pre-Flood world of Noah’s day. For good reason, the wise man Solomon admonished: “More than all else that is to be guarded, safeguard your heart, for out of it are the sources of life.” (Proverbs 4:23) In practical terms, safeguarding your heart from the snare of pornography may mean changing TV channels or turning off the computer should salacious images appear, and it is important
to act swiftly and decisively! Think of yourself as a soldier trying to ward off a missile aimed at your heart. Satan targets your figurative heart—your seat of motivation and desire —and seeks to corrupt it. You also need to shield your heart from the love of violence, for the Devil knows that “anyone loving violence [Jehovah] certainly hates.” (Psalm 11:5) Satan does not have to
turn you into a bloodthirsty villain to make you an enemy of God; he simply needs to nurture within you a love of violence. It is no coincidence that violence, often with occult themes, saturates the popular media. The Nephilim are dead and gone, but their traits and behavior are very much alive! Does your choice of entertainment show that you resist Satan’s schemes?—2 Corinthians 2:11

How to Resist Satan’s Evil Influence
The forces of evil can appear formidable. The Bible points out that those striving to please God “have a wrestling . . . against the wicked spirit forces,” in addition to a struggle with their own imperfect flesh. To win the struggle and to have God’s favor, we need to take
advantage of the many provisions from God.—Ephesians 6:12; Romans 7:21-25.

These provisions include God’s holy spirit, the most powerful force in the universe. The apostle Paul wrote to first-century Christians: “We received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is from God.” (1 Corinthians 2:12) Those led by God’s spirit grow to love
what God loves and hate what he hates. (Amos 5:15) How can one receive holy spirit?

Primarily through prayer, Bible study—the Bible itself being a product of holy spirit—and
wholesome association with those who truly love God.—Luke 11:13; 2 Timothy 3:16; Hebrews 10:24, 25.
By taking advantage of these divine provisions, you make a start in putting on “the complete suit of armor from God,” the only sure protection against “the machinations of the
Devil.” (Ephesians 6:11-18) Making full use of these provisions is more urgent now than
ever before. How so? Evil Has Had Its Day!

“When the wicked ones sprout as the vegetation and all the practicers of what is hurtful blossom forth, it is that they may be annihilated forever,” says the psalmist. (Psalm 92:7) Yes, as in Noah’s day, the present proliferation of evil is evidence that God’s judgment is impending, not just against wicked humans but also against Satan and his demons, who will be hurled into an abyss of inactivity as a prelude to their eventual destruction. (2 Timothy
3:1-5; Revelation 20:1-3, 7-10) Who will execute that judgment? None other than Jesus Christ, about whom we read: “For this purpose the Son of God was made manifest, namely, to break up the works of the Devil.”—1 John 3:8.
Do you yearn for an end to evil? If so, then you can take comfort in the promises contained in the Bible. No other book exposes the very author of evil, Satan, and no other book shows how he and all his wicked works will finally be eradicated. We urge you to take in accurate
knowledge of the Bible so as to protect yourself against Satan’s evil influences now and to
secure the hope of living in a world free from evil.—Psalm 37:9, 10.

The Source of Evil Exposed!

IN THE first century, many of the Jews were awaiting the arrival of the promised Messiah.(John 6:14)

When Jesus came on the scene, he brought comfort and enlightenment. He healed the sick, fed the hungry, tamed the elements, even raised the dead. (Matthew 8:26;
14:14-21; 15:30, 31; Mark 5:38-43) He also spoke the sayings of Jehovah and held out the promise of everlasting life. (John 3:34)

By what he said and did, Jesus fully demonstrated
that he was the Messiah, the one to liberate mankind from sin and all its evil consequences. Logically, the Jewish religious leaders should have been the first to welcome Jesus, listen to him, and joyfully accept his direction. Yet, they did not. Instead, they hated him, persecuted
him, and conspired to kill him!—Mark 14:1; 15:1-3, 10-15.

Jesus rightly condemned those reprehensible men. (Matthew 23:33-35) However, he recognized that there was someone else who must share the blame for the evil in their
hearts. He said to them: “You are from your father the Devil, and you wish to do the desires of your father. That one was a manslayer when he began, and he did not stand fast in the truth, because truth is not in him. When he speaks the lie, he speaks according to his own
disposition, because he is a liar and the father of the lie.” (John 8:44)

Though Jesus acknowledged that humans are capable of wicked acts, he pointed to the very source of evil
—Satan the Devil.

By saying that Satan “did not stand fast in the truth,” Jesus revealed that this spirit creature was once a faithful servant of God but deviated from that right course. Why did Satan rebel against Jehovah?[b] Because he nurtured feelings of self-importance to the point that he
coveted worship that belongs only to God.—Matthew 4:8, 9.


Satan’s rebellion found expression in the garden of Eden when he deceived Eve into eating the forbidden fruit. By uttering the first lie ever spoken and by slandering Jehovah, Satan made himself “the father of the lie.” Furthermore, by luring Adam and Eve into disobedience, he caused sin to rule over them, leading ultimately to their death and the death of future generations. Thus, Satan also made himself “a manslayer”—indeed, the most monstrous murderer of all time!—Genesis 3:1-6; Romans 5:12.

Satan’s evil influence even reached into the spirit realm, where he induced other angels to join him in rebellion. (2 Peter 2:4) Like Satan, these wicked spirits took an improper
interest in humans. In their case, however, it was a perverted sexual interest, with disastrous, evil consequences.

Many People ask me how I learned to channel the Archangel Uriel. Since I have always been able to hear and see my Spirit Guides and angels, I never thought of it as an unusual skill or gift. When I work with clients I often receive messages from their angels and guides, which I then transmit to The client. Many of the messages are more than in formation, they are often a request that I “teach” the person how to listen to the Guides themselves.

As these messages have become more prevalent and urgent, I realize that not everyone has this ability or at least , they are not using it. Then I was told to
Start teaching people how to do this because it will be very Helpful in assisting every one through the processes of healing that they are currently experiencing.

These are the times of the Shift, a very difficult time for every one, both spiritual and non-spiritual. I believe the Lightworkers everywhere are being taught what is going to happen to Earth’s non-shifting populations at this time so that we can understand the experiences that they will go through and will then Be able to help him. FEAR.

Fear puts a wall between you and your spiritual nature. It is a wall that the HIGHER SELF cannot transcend and one that even your guides and angels Cannot bring down. When you are operating in Fear, you are out the vibration of Love, which is the only Vibration that the higher Dimensions can relate

If you are full of fear you will not be able to hear the messages, of love, encouragement and Guidance that you guides have for you.
There are many aspects to fear. One can be the fear of failure or success, the fear of not being able to move forward. Often your Fears do not even belong

Hear something that you do not want to Hear, or will be forced to do something that you cannot or do not feel that you are able to do.

Understand that anything that your heart desires is completely your capabilities—you would not want it if it was not art of your intention. Know too that your Angels and Guides would never ask anything of you that was not in your Highest Good. How do you know that you are Full of FEAR?

Go inside and look at your feelings. Do you feel disconnected and “mixed up” , confused, hurt or angry? Can you feel the Panic? Then you are Operating
In fear. To get rid of Fear, allow it to come before you, ask yourself what it means to you, how you have experienced it before and what you need to
Heal in order to allow it to Leave your Consciousness, be calm in the Face of your fear and you will receive the information that you need to heal and
Release your Self from the Fear.

DOUBT.

While doubt is another aspect of Fear, it is a very important block to your ability to interpret and apply the information that you are given. You may doubt your ability to hear or Doubt your intuitive abilities. The presence of doubt can be a strong different to your ability to communicate with the Spiritual Realm. If you are unsure of the information that your are receiving, ask that you have “absolute clarity” in all that you hear.

And ask for confirmation of the message. When you ask for confirmation you are acknowledging that you have heard the message and now need some clarity.
If you approach everything that you hear from the point of Doubt, they you are stating that you are unsure of your Ability to hear what your Guides are
telling you. When you are full of Doubt, you will disbelieve everything that you HEAR.

It is easy to recognize doubt when you it appears, as it comes to you in the form of statements such as “I really don’t believe this” or “I can’t believe that this is
Really true” or even “ I can’t speak to my guides at all.” Doubt usually appears as self-doubt, rarely do we doubt the motivations, judgments or opinions of
Others. Doubt can have roots in our perceptions of our intuitive abilities, or even out beliefs surrounding what having spiritual gifts means. If we feel that those
Closest to us will discount the information or will judge us negatively because of our spiritual communications, we will doubt our abilities, messages and their source. When you feel doubtful about what you are hearing, ask for confirmation while trusting that what you heard, is the correct information.
Identify the source of the doubts—does it cone from you or is there another source, such as your parents , family or friends?

If the source is outside of your Self, allow your self to identify the source and release it. If the source is within yourself, remember that you are an emanation if the Creator GOD, no less than any other being in the Universe, Accept and acknowledge.

Emotions.

Emotions are another block to hearing the messages and Guidance of you Guides and angels because they are a product of third Dimensional reality.
In the Higher Dimensions there is only one emotion and that is LOVE. Now that your emotions are merely judgments that you use to define your environment.
Many emotions arise from Fear , but many more arise from the Karmic dramas and bonds that you have with those of your Soul group.
It is important that you are aware of the effect that these emotional dramas have on you—they block spiritual growth and ability to heal yourselves.
If you are surrounded by people with whom you are constantly engaged in emotional dramas, these are the relationships that you have come here to heal.

Staying engaged in the Emotional drama only Lengthens this process. Your guides and angels are unable to communicate with you when you are distracted by emotional dramas. When you feel the emotions rising, take a detached view of them and adopt a more scientific approach, rather then jumping into the Fray
And engaging yourselves in yet another battle. Ask your selves what emotions you are feeling, who they are directed towards and why you feel this way.
All emotional energy is centered in the lower chakras. When you begin to feel them, allow them to arise up from your Lower Chakras to your Heart center,
State your intention to heal them and then release them to your Guides and angels and your Higher Self so that they can leave your consciousness. Know that once you have released from the self-imposed obligation to engage in emotional dramas, the People and situations that are the source of these Dramas may leave your Life. That is as it should be. Allow tem to leave, sending them Love and Light. When they depart, you know that you have healed the Karma with Them.

DISTRACTION.
Your third dimensional reality is a noisy, busy and confusing place. It is full distractions that are intended to keep you grounded in the Illusion that you have created for yourselves. These distractions include your entertainment, such as television, demanding Jobs, Materialism, computers and Obligations to people
And situations whose demands rob you from your Energy. Know that there are forces working against the Shift and it is their intent to keep as many of you
From Raising your consciousness as possible. These Distractions act as another barrier to the Messages and Guidance of your Guides and Angels.
You must consciously remove your self from them and you will gradually learn to find comfort in the quiet of your own inner being.

Often, you have unconsciously created or adopted distractions as a way to prevent your spiritual growth. Distractions merely feed the ego’s need for control
And they occupy your mind by monopolizing your focus. Distractions can also be in the form of friends who consume your time, family members who make many demands of you and outside activities that you become involved in that take up all of your Time,
How are you distracting yourself? What is taking priority in your Life—is it you or others? How can you rid your Life of distractions so that you can learn to focus on yourself and find Peace from with in? You will noticed when you first begin to create a quit space for communication with your guides and your
Higher Self, that your need for distractions may intensify. Acknowledge this need and let it go. You will, in time practice, find that you will need these distractions less and less and will learn to enjoy the Time that you spend with your inner being.

Hearing the Messages.
Your Guides and angels communicate with you in various ways. There are some guidelines that you should understand in order to begin the Process of Training your selves to hear their messages.

They Speak quietly.
Your guides and angels will rarely speak in a Loud, noticeable voice. They Generally speak very quietly, because you need to hear from the focus of your inner being. While they can, if you are in danger, seem to shout in your ears, more often they will speak in gentle tones that require you to be willing and receptive listener. Know that they never stop speaking to you – If you are not hearing it is because your Fears are drowning their voices, your Ego is attempting to maintain control, or the distractions in your Life preventing you from focusing on the Inner being that is able to hear these messages very
Clearly.

They Speak in Symbols.
It would be so much easier if your Guides and angels told you exactly what to do and when to do it, in plain Language. But they cannot do that because
They cannot interfere with your FREE WILL. No matter how clear or urgent their message, you must make the choice to act on it through the exercise of your Free Will. Often they will use symbols to get their message to you. These symbols can come for the words you hear in a Song, from a message you see
On a billboard or a thought that comes to you from out nowhere. There are a million other ways that you can receive these messages--- even from a personalized License Plate on a car that is driving front of you. These are messages from your guides and angels and you have all experienced them from
Time to Time. As you become more willing to hear their messages, they will appear before you.

They speak through others.
How often have you had a conversation with a total stranger who said things too you that answered a question? This too is a message form your guides.
As you become more receptive to receiving their messages you will learn to pay attentions to the people and situations that are around you so that you
Can receive the message that you need to hear. However if you are full of Fear, or emotionally upset, or are distracted by various elements in your life, you
Will be more “self-absorbed” and will be unable to pay attention to what is around you. Know that help is all around you and when you turn your focus to been Placed in your Path and who have special messages for you.

They Speak through your Dreams.
You should keep dreams Journals because when your Guides are unable to communicate with you during your waking Hours, they will communicate with you during your Dreams. These dreams may contain symbolic messages that you do not understand or they pertain to situations or events that have not yet occurred. That is why it is important to write them down so that you can refer them Later. Know that these messages are sent to help you and if they
Are confusing or do not manifest immediately it is because all of the events surrounding them may still be in Motion.

How to get the messages.
The Process to receiving Messages from your guides is very simple and yet very difficult. Simple because it requires that you turn inward for that is where
The messages reside. You are all ONE, emanating from the same Source, so your Guides and angels are not separate from you – they are you. The process
Is difficult because it requires a considerable amount of focus and intention to remove your selves from the Fear, emotions, and distractions so that you can
Quiet your ever-busy minds and hear the messages of your guides and angels. TO do this , try this exercise:

Find a quiet place where you will not be distracted or interrupted. Try to use the same place everyday at first, so that you are able to train yourselves in familiar surroundings, You can sit or Lie down, whatever is more comfortable for you. You may Light a candle if that helps you to set your intentions.
Set your intention to hear messages from your guides and angels. Surround yourself with white Light and ask for Divine Protection. As you are opening yourself to receiving Spiritual guidance, it is important that you ensure that only the entities with the Highest intention and from the highest source are in you
Space. Ask for “absolute clarity” in what you hear and that the message and information come from the highest Source.

Close your Eyes, and sit (or Lie) quietly for a few moments. Notice the quiet and stillness around you. Now begin to focusing on your Breath. Your Breath is
The gift of life and it is the only element of your environment that you take into your Body in voluntary. Breath is the most important aspect of life-you cannot
Live for more than a few minutes without breathing – babies enter this Dimension with their first Breath. Know that they air that you breathe is the physical
Manifestation of the Energy of the Source in your Environment When you Breathe, your are taking in the Wondrous energy of the Creator God.
Allow your body to relax completely. You may feel the sensation of going out of your Body, of spirit separating from the Physical. That will occur fro some people and it is a normal sensation. Others may just eel very relaxed and calm.
Quiet your mind completely by allowing and thoughts that come your way to spread wings and fly away. This one of the more difficult parts of this process,
as quieting the mind requires discipline and practice. Think of your Mind as the EGO and it is trying to maintain Control over your Higher Self by filling itself
With chatter. Allow it to become quiet, gently allow any thoughts to float away from you.

Now Listen. You may not actually “Hear” anything at first. In fact you may not hear anything at all during these sessions—The messages may come to you
Afterward. That is fine. The Purpose of this exercise is to let your angels and Guides know that you are ready and willing to hear and follow their
Guidance. This is to teach you to learn to focus of your Inner being, on the Light that is within you. So allow your self to just “Be” In the peace and comfort
