View Full Version : An opening for non council tax payers?

Hi there, I have been inspired by many on here to not pay council tax. Does anyone have any copy text that i could use to start the letter ball rolling? Ideally, I would like to get others to start a questioning campaign in my home town. There are many radicals who could stand and make some kind of impact nationally. I think i had better get the ball rolling. It will be interesting to see what happens as i have to pay business rates as well (although it may be better to focus on council tax alone). Any ideas, suggestions or support would be very much welcomed especially from those that have done this already.
All my love to everyone, have no fear..................because love always wins.

I'm attempting to upload the letters I have sent and received to a blog that everyone can see at
http://dharmicway.blogspot.com/
The docs will be there today but I am trying to come up with an eloquent explanation as to the context within which the documents have been written. I am keen to do this to encourage people not to take any hasty action. It requires alot of common sense and as much background info on the law as you can manage to digest. The law is obviously a massive and fascinating subject but trust yourself to be able to discern well and question well. Then you can learn well....

They are a good point to start in understanding how we came to be entangled in a system that may have originally been built for everyone's benefit but has been hijacked by twisted motives.
Try to establish an understanding of where you are now so that you can find a way forward in your own circumstances.
I myself am considering speaking to the public and asking them questions about their views of the country and how they think we should all be able to live.
Then I'll ask them to come to some meetings and bring anything of value they can contribute, eg goods or skills so that we can help fund a society through the empowerment of our local community.
People like Rob Menard are really building a society on common sense lawful principles...check out the thinkfree.com site and The World Freeman society
This will extend to films and so on....we showed zeitgeist to our families last year and invited people along, we were chuffed with the night ( even though few people attended) because we felt it really important to do. That people who deserve to know this stuff have the opportunity...
So much to do and seemingly less time every day to do it but I find it all very exciting!!!
I hope it gets the thread started and I would like to say one thing in particular.
The Freeman ideals are based in 100% responsibility for our actions, this means being prepared to cover your own potential expenses re your home safety, waste disposal and police protection, important things to consider when you live surrounded by people operating with limited liability. After all this is what they allege your CTax is paying for.....
Integrity is a fundamental part of the movement so to approach the movement solely with intentions for "not paying for stuff" could generally get you into hot water simply because the motive isn't entirely honorable.
I like to think about it this way........I look forward greatly to contributing to my local community and my country. I do however have grave concerns about doing so via a third party which, in my opinion are deceptive at best and war criminals at worst.
I am a man of peace and wish simply to live in peace and prosperity with my fellow brothers and sisters, children all of God. I am second in my capacity as a sovereign being only to God, unless I have consented to innumerable contracts entangling me in a system I now do not wish to be in.
There is however a lawful, peaceful manner in which I can extricate myself from this system, it simply depends on what exactly I want to achieve and what remedy is available to me.
But because I have chosen to be 100% responsible I need to act this way at all times. Not an easy thing to uphold at first, but the more you learn the easier it gets!!! Oh and be prepared for much hair pulling and anguish followed sometimes by delight and pleasant surprise.....its a bit like trying to get off a moving roundabout as a kid......hard to do but very pleasing to achieve, especially if you were starting to feel sick....!!:):(
See ya soon
Peace and love to all....

^ Did that really work?
I'm in shite with the council and they have started adding fees for late payment. If I could just fuck them off with one fell swoop, that would rock.
Surely I am contracting with them now though as we have a standing order set up to pay each month?

Also elsewhere on the site is a letter from pleasuredome going into why the gvt is guilty of war crimes and that to pay ANY kind of tax is funding war crimes and where war crimes are illegal (even in legal speak) we can not be expected to cough up OUR money that WE have earned to fund such criminal acts.
someone might post a link, i'm about to drag my lazy ass to bed so can't right now :D or you could search foe pleasuredome's created threads :D

Personally, I think this is a dangerous stance to take.
Legally speaking, the government is not guilty of war crimes.
You may think they are.
There may be evidence that points to the conditions of being a war criminal have been met.
Common sense may also dictate that the claim is correct.
However, there has been no judgement of such; so to base a legal argument on an unproven claim, would be most unwise.
The house is only as strong as its foundation.
Similarly, a local court is more likely to make rulings on lower hanging fruit.
By this I mean that if your claims are based on there being no signed contract, they will feel more comfortable dealing on this level than being responsible for upholding a claim that their bosses are international war criminals.
The Law is ALL about probability ... nothing more.
It is more probable that the judge/court will support a simple argument, when compared to the probability it will stick its neck on the block and make ground breaking, history rewriting, far reaching, career limiting decisions.

Fair comment, and i totally agree that it is unwise to move into shark infested water with a shark gun that is unproven, silly similie, but hey....
I thought, though as yet have not had the time to venture into it all, that PD pointed to a web site where the guy is pushing the case against the gvt and supplies loads of evidence, albeit hearsay until proven / dissproven
Excellent post
