Think i got internal hemmorhoids the other day. Will they go away on their own or does anyone know a treatment for these?

Just don't force it when on the toilet.
Then they will return to natural size.

They will go away if your immune system is in good shape and you eat a high fiber diet, but to speed things along you need to take a natural anti-imflammatory like Zyflamend.

Check out the last two posts on this thread for a food remedy :)
Papaya I've read several times to be very good, here is a list from the immense Dr Christopher site (although I'm not recommending the whole site here, just saing Doc Christopher was immense);

Also read that topical iodine (maybe mixed with cocounut oil if memory serves) is excellent.

Yes, definitely look into the Zyflamend (http://www.seacoastvitamins.com/zyflamend/), by New Chapter Nutrition. It's a great anti-inflammatory. It's typically used by those who suffer from arthritis, sports injuries, or joint problems, but it could be used whenever there is a need for a good anti-inflammatory. It works like a COX-2 inhibitor (like NSAIDs, but without their nasty side effects), and reduces swelling and inflammation. So this should definitely help you, and then you'll have it on hand for any time in the future that you might need it.

Ok, I recently got these recently too, and I followed the advice on the following page. It seemed to work, but it took a couple of weeks.

I had these a few weeks ago. Used anusol cream and Stone Root tinture. Seemed to work. Also up the fibre in your diet will help.

Do you have constipation?
Thats usually the main cause.
I find that over-eating causes my constipation.
No constipation = no haemorhoids.
And don't strain. :)
