A man who had just had a vasectomy asked the nurse "how long would it be before i can have sex?.The nurse replied."are you NHS or PRIVATE"?...he told the nurse he hadnt much money so it had to be NHS.She replied,well,in that case,youll have to wait until you get home!!:D
