My daughter's school broke up yesterday for the summer holidays. As a treat in her English lesson the teacher showed them the film "Independance Day"; a friend of my kid's has confirmed this.
Why? for it's brilliant, intellectual script and storyline? :rolleyes:For it's Oscar-winning acting?:rolleyes::rolleyes:
Then again, it is about an alien invasion. ;)
I asked my daughter what she thought of the film and she said "It was crap!" I've brought her up to have good taste!
