Thanks for all of the links mate.

I have used Chi, or Qi, energy for a long time now. Firstly through the Wing Chun Kung Fu training that I did, and then through Chi Gung (Qigong) and personally as a healing modality. To me, Chi is the lifeforce energy, the vibrational frequency, that flows throughout all living things, and can be 'tapped' into and 'directed'. The description of 'The Force' in Star Wars as a great analogy in describing Chi, as is the way a 'Jedi Knight' can 'tap into' and use this energy.

You are 100% correct, everything is energy or light. The subatomic particles that make up everything don't even exist. They are merely light slowed down, appearing to be 'things'. What is the Tao, the Tao is light! Everything is, therefore everything is merely a frequency of light, we are just very incoherent energy.

I wanted to post this technique here as well. Called the the star exercise/technique from a book called "Science of Being" by Baron Eugene Fersen in 1922 (I think the copyright is up on this one, so I apologize in advance for the long post)

Anyway if you are into qigong this technique is really powerful




with the Universal Energy is made, not
because we think it or want it, but because
we cannot help it. Obviously, if we also
think about that Universal Life Energy
flowing through us at the moment of physical
contact with it, it will work all the better.
Yet if we do not think at all about it, it still
will work, because of the aforesaid reasons.
That second, the physical method, is based
on a certain exercise, called the "STAR
EXERCISE." The reason why this posture
is called the Star Exercise is because the
individual, when taking it, has to place his
body in such a position that it will fit into
the five points of a star. The Five Pointed
Star, the emblem of the Humanity of today,
the occult sign of the Fifth Period of Humanity's
evolution, is also called the Pentagram.
According to the alchemists of mediaeval
times, the Pentagram was considered to be
the key to all powers. The Philosopher's
Stone, the Elixir of Life, and many other
wonderful things, were supposed to be
obtained whenever that sign was properly
used. Yet the alchemists, though perceiving
the truth back of that sign, saw only its
geometrical form; that is, the dead letter of
it, which had no actual power. The living
force back of it, the spirit of it, remained
veiled to them. In this Age, the veil is
lifted, arid the complete truth, spirit and
letter, is revealed. And the mysterious
sign, the Pentagram, becomes indeed a KEY
TO' ALL POWER, as it unlocks and brings

forth in Man all his latent powers and forces.
It is when the human body takes the position
as shown in the diagrams following that the
actual contact of the life energy within is
made with the Universal Life Energy without.
And a man's physical, mental, and
emotional development will be thus stimulated
by an ever increasing Force. Standing
straight, but relaxed, with legs spread to a
degree corresponding to the design, the
arms stretched to either side on a level with
the shoulders, and with head erect, the
human body will fit 'into the five pointed
star. Even the proportions of a normally
built body will correspond to the figure of
the star. The head fits into the upper point,
the two arms into the two side points, the
torso into the center, and the legs into the
two lower points. The palm of the left
hand should be turned up, and that of the
right turned down. The whole body must
remain erect, but not tense. The heart,
situated on the left side of the human body,
is not only the central pumping station
which takes in and sends out the blood
through the whole body, but is also the
apparatus which sucks in and pours out
Life Energy. The palm of the left band,
turned up, draws in through its complicated
network of nerves the Universal Energy
present in the surrounding atmosphere.
That drawing action is due to the pumping
activity of the heart, and the stream of Life
Force pours into the body because of the
attraction exercised on it by the inner life
force of the body itself. Through the hand,
arm, and heart the Life Energy flows to the
solar plexus, whence it is distributed by way
of the spinal nerve throughout the whole
body. A certain amount of it is stored in the
solar plexus. and the surplus sent out
through the right hand, whose palm is turned
down, It is especially through the finger
tips of the right hand that the Force is flowing
out of the body toward the earth, which
attracts it because of the same Law of
Attraction. Thus is established a current of
Universal Energy, penetrating from the
Infinite Source into the human body, invigorating
and purifying it, and flowing out
of it only to return with ever increasing
power. The left palm, turned up, takes the
position of a receiving hand, and the right,
with palm turned down, appears to bless.
In fact, this is so. Our left hand receives all
blessings from the Infinite, which our being,
having assimilated, in its turn gives out as
blessings through the right hand. Not only
through the left hand does the Life Force
penetrate into the body; it pours in also
through every cell, and very strongly
through the solar plexus. Yet during the
exercise the main current is received as
stated above. Shortly after having taken the
position, one begins to feel a certain heaviness
in the palm of the left hand. It is as if a
heavy ball were pressing on the palm. And
one is sensible of a kind of tingling in the

different sensations are due to the influx and
outpouring of Life Force. Thus the individual
feels that the contact is established.
There are a few more important points
to be remembered in connection with that
exercise, The best times to perform it are
in the morning, immediately after getting
up, before doing anything else, and at night
before going to bed. When performed in
the morning, this exercise will stimulate
all one's physical, mental, and emotional
activities, because of the ascending magnetic
currents of the new day, which impregnate
their local color in the exercise. In the evening,
on the contrary, the same exercise produces
an opposite effect. It soothes and
disposes one to sleep, in harmony with all
Nature, because of the downward curve of
the local magnetic currents.
Three to five minutes is all that is needed
to perform the Star Exercise, For beginners,
it would be inadvisable to do it longer,
because of the very strong inpour of magnetic
forces. But later on, when the body becomes
accustomed to that inflow of magnetic currents,
the duration of the Star Exercise can
be prolonged to fifteen minutes, and the
exercise taken more than twice a day. During
that exercise, one ought to be dressed
as lightly as possible, in order to leave the
body free and without pressure on any part
of it. A body without any covering is of
course the most responsive. The exercise
should be performed in front of an open
window, and, if the temperature and circumstances
permit, out of doors. The Star
Exercise should never be taken immediately
after a meal. At least an hour must elapse
between the two; otherwise a most violent
nausea, and sometimes indigestion, may
result, as the magnetic current has the same
effect on digestion as an electrical storm has
on milk. It curdles the food in process of
digestion, because of its strong chemical
action. Deep, rhythmic breathing is very
helpful in connection with the exercise,
because of the stimulating effect of the
oxygen. In the beginning, one's arms may
feel tired in the performance of the exercise.
No effort should be used to keep the arms up
in their proper position. Let them drop, and
lift them again when rested. Otherwise the
tension of the muscles and nerves resulting
from a prolonged forced elevation of the
arms will counteract, to a great extent, the
flow of the Force through them.
The exercise works so automatically that
there is no imperative need to think about
the Force flowing through the body. It
will flow anyway, because of the Law of
Attraction. There is no necessity of turning
the face north, because the points of the
compass are of no importance to those who
use Universal Energy, which is limitless.
The Star Exercise is exceedingly beneficial
to children. It stimulates all of their bodies,
especially their brain centers, and those
glands which play such an important role
in their growth and development. It also
harmonizes their emotional side with the
rest of their being, and establishes strength
and poise where before was weakness and
restlessness.
The Star Exercise ought to become a
part of the daily routine for everyone, young
and old, sick or healthy, weak or strong.
It is to be carried on regularly through all
one's life, to the very end, and the surprising
positive results will exceed the most sanguine
expectations. It is like watering a plant
with Life Itself, so that it should grow with
an ever-increasing vigor. It is indeed Life,
in its strongest and purest form, that one is
able to contact through the Star Exercise,
and use for the greatest unfoldment of one's
body, mind, and soul. For some time in the
beginning that process of unfoldment may
be rather slow. But one must persevere, and
complete success will be the reward of that.

miraculous healings performed on
large crowds who come to be cured by some
of the Evangelist healers, is one of the easiest

faith, an open channel for the Life Force to
flow through. Individually, these do not
amount to much, but when counted by
hundreds or maybe thousands, they become

Life Force is then conveyed as well to each
individual singly as to the whole crowd
collectively. There each person is benefited
by the addition to his own little faith of all
the other faiths present. Naturally the
result thus obtained is usually a great

Primal Energy, as was explained in the
first lesson, has two fundamental qualities,
Motion and Attraction. In its aspect of

which Life Energy possesses is exceptionally
practicable and valuable, and simplifies

there are two individuals, sitting one on the

operator. The one on the right side, for
some reason, feels very cold; the one on the
left, hot. In order to re-establish normal
conditions in the two, all the operator needs

Very nice! I have been telling people about energy taking the path of least resistance. This is a good explanation of how chi works. Visualizations help also. Here is something I wrote sometime ago:

A sentence that I will use often here is; energy takes the path of least resistance. When water falls down a rock, it takes the path of least resistance and follows the cracks and crevices that will allow it a fast and convenient route. The apex of a pyramid absorbs the most wind out of any part of the pyramid because it is the point of least resistance. Therefore, the brotherhood know very well the apex, or eye of the pyramid naturally absorbs certain particles and energy when built of a particular material and placed at vortex points. This sentence applies to human beings as well because energy takes the path of least resistance, and humans are energy, so we tend to take the path of least resistance. I often wondered how people could allow the atrocities to take place in the world and not flinch, its because energy takes the path of least resistance. We are swimming in a world of negativity. You ever been around people who are just totally negative? I remember once when I told someone that vitamin b17 can help fight and possibly prevent cancer in some cases and the person told me that know when knows when you are going to get cancer, so why should I take this? I began to wonder, why would someone not even open themselves up to the possibility? Its not like I tried to make him spend thousands of dollars on some scheme, it was just an idea that was cost effective and would probably help prolong his life in the long run. But guess what, we live in a sea of negativity so its easy to gravitate towards that. It is so simple. I see it clear as day. We as humans are so used to negative frequencies, that its all we know, or choose to know. When we stay in this state, we are building up resistance to the natural flow of energy coming into your body (which I will get into later) that your cells need to sustain themselves.

If negative energy has one charge, and positive has another (they have to be because they are opposite ends of the same energy) then they will not attract and in fact will often repel. Therefore, it is easy to have negative energy into your life, if that is what you are use to having, experiencing or seeing. Even if its on a level that you have never considered. You ever been in a conversation with someone, and your points of view were not even close to each other’s? When you have a conversation with someone, depending on the level on which you are discussing, its an exchange of energy! Depending on the level of resistance between the 2 parties, this could be a pleasant or not so pleasant experience. When the conversation is going good, there is a great exchange of energy, you feel good afterwards. But when the resistance is great, or you 2 don’t see eye to eye, then their could be an extraordinary loss of energy. You ever been in a conversation with someone and it went all wrong, or something awkward was brought up? You feel that strange energy and body language given off by the other person? In your own body? This is resistance to the natural flow of energy that is supposed to take place between all things in creation! You are literally connected to that person by the chakra, or level of energy that your discussion is on...

.. For example, if you and someone else are having a conversation about cars or some other material object, then you will be connected at one of the 1st three chakras that deal with physical reality. If the discussion is of a greater concern then you two will be connected to a higher chakra. You ever heard of two people being on the same wavelength? Well this is it! What it is really fucked up is that we are so used to negative energy, when positive energy comes into our being (positive energy=less resistance to high frequency energy and negative energy=more resistance to high frequency energy) we reject it or we don’t know how to express it. You ever seen someone flat out reject love (I am using the word love in a different sense than most and also the words positive and negative energy, and using them as a sense of polarity, not the conventional good and evil sense) some other high frequency information that will help them? It’s because they have resistance to high vibrations that the person has set up! This is why some people do not do well with holistic or other methods of healing; they have resistance to it set up. Anytime you come into contact with someone, you are coming into contact with their magnetic fields (on a 3 dimensional level of our awareness) and you are risking contact with their feelings, ideologies, and reality! Have you ever had an idea that was so great that you thought everyone should know this or experiencing this? An idea that might help the world? Have you ever experienced telling someone else this idea and they immediately shoot you down? Do you know that feeling of rejection? Well for one, we are always looking for ways to get energy, whether it is energy for an idea, energy for our body, whatever, we are always looking for energy in one form or another.

Higher dimensional realities are composed of infinite probabilities and when we began to think that anything is possible, we are coming back in tune with higher dimensional reality, which is really smaller or quantum. But since most people are negative and since energy takes the path of least resistance, they will try and bring you down by telling you that your idea is shit. Why would someone do that? Just by being around someone who thinks negatively (or someone with a narrow view for possibilities of reality) the energy may way down on your consciousness and you may start to second guess yourself. You may start to question yourself as if you are wrong, even if you know deep down you are right. Since energy takes the path of least resistance, so why resist giving up! Its easy to do. The other person’s low levels of imagination (or possibilities for reality!) can affect your reality. See how that works? Guess what, anytime we think of something we give energy to that idea. The more we think about it, the more energy it collects. This is partially why people are encourage to talk to someone who has experienced a horrible accident and the person maybe dying. Why should someone talk to you to help keep you alive if your consciousness plays no part in your reality? Your consciousness IS your reality, and it is downloaded into your DNA and in your magnetic fields, which make up and penetrate all of your light bodies (etheric, astral, etc.) Trying to keep someone alive by talking to them and keeping them focused on you so they won’t die is a perfect example of how focusing energy and receiving energy from someone is vital for sustaining your life. In my aging class a few months ago, I found out that it is a scientific fact that people who are in a coma or going though near fatal surgery can recover better by having support from their love ones through their physical presence and though prayer, both are forms of energy transference. Each cell in your body, all 300 trillion, have compressed energy within them These are more factors that the brotherhood have known forever to keep us enslaved.

(Right now our consciousness is tuned into 3 dimensional separatism, so we are deluded by the illusion of separate things, but in the next higher dimensions there is no separation. Everything in creation exists as energy to sustain or benefit other energies in a cycle of dependability, but from our vibrational standpoint, it seems chaotic or explicate. We breathe air for trees, or give off carbon dioxide, they breathe air for us, oxygen. If you haven’t noticed, we live in a system that is designed as that, a system, one unit! The biophonic fields that exist in all things give off vital energy that helps balance and sustain the vibrational fields of other things much like the balance between planets revolving around each other in a solar system. I think that we are discovering this more and more when we destroy one part of the ecosystem nervous system, immune system, solar system, all one organism by the way, you severely damage another part setting off a chain reaction of problems within that environment).


I hope that we all understand that energy and matter are one and the same and energy cannot be destroyed, only transferred from one kind to another. Even the particles that make up our bodies are not solid. They compose of mostly empty space, and are nothing more than frequencies themselves because of their wave/particle nature. Saying that a particle is a wave is basically saying that it is an energetic field moving slowly. The particles are vibrating really slow, or oscillations per second. In certain experiments, it has been demonstrated that electrons are nothing more that photons, particles of light slowed down. Einstein demonstrated that when photons are reflected off of particular metals, you can produce electrons. When a photon splits into other particles they become electrons. Of course they are, it’s the same shit, just a different vibrational states. WE are no different, we are frequencies of light, just really incoherent, like a light bulb light. Think of this frequency of existence as a frequency of light, all other dimensions and universes are frequencies on other vibrational wavelengths, or a different kind of light. What is the Tao, the Tao is light! This frequency is like the light bulb, very incoherent of not focused. How focused are your thoughts and intentions? Can you sit down and meditate, silence your mind and not think about a million different things? If you take the same light from a light bulb and make it coherent, it becomes a laser. This is our objective, to become coherent, to become the laser. We must focus our energy. We must speed up our frequency, to become the next frequency of light (This comes with meditation, which I will talk about later).

Now it is easy to see that we are energy. How else do you account for all of the electrical energy processing within our bodies? Do you really think that our bodies are just self contained? The energy is coming from outside, its where all of the energy comes from to process all of our electrical in our body that account for 100 percent of our functioning a biological machines. Even a computer is hooked up to a power cord, and the laptop has to have its battery recharged by plugging it into the wall. So where is our energy coming from? The universe! More specifically higher, or inter-dimensional space. It is the Chi, of the CHI-nese and the Prana of Hindu belief systems. Biophotonic fields and magenetic fields, DNA, Vortex Points, Possession and more to come…
