Anyone here, who experienced funny lucid dreaming?

i had one once in my life. years ago.

i realized dreaming. i knew exactly that this is a world that i do not experience being "awake". i walked down a street. it was hard to move. all my thoughts were on... come on girl, dont walk like retarded. be normal... *lol*

then i saw kids playing with a ball on the street in front of me. the kids were kinda evil. they noticed me and i felt, they want to do fun of me, wanting me looking behind me. but i knew, if i look behind me, the lucid dreaming will end. so i didnt do what they wanted me to do. i walked on.

then a bus drove into the street from a corner. right in front of my sight. the bus stopped. it was hard to get to the bus. my thoughts were on the persons who are in the bus. i was so curious to get in contact to these persons. as i was at the bus door, i really wanted to get in. but the bus driver... jesus... he didnt like me. he hardly dont wanted me to get into the bus. then the ability to walk or go with own will stopped and i was stuck to the windscreen of the bus. i hang like a fly on the windscreen inside the bus.

end. :D

I had one last night, this is really strange, since i placed a cosmic order, lots of strange things have been happening to me, the order hasn't materialised yet, but certainly looks like it is on it's way.

I'll start off with the order, i ordered an ex back into my life, coz she was the only girl i have ever had any real deep feelings for, when we were together i felt whole. Anyway, we finished 2 years ago, really strangely, one minute she is all over me, then suddenly not talking to me, she finished it by dumping me by ignoring me and has ignored most of my attempts at contacting her since.

Anyway, i was in a relationship for 1.5 years with my now ex girlfriend. Whilst i was with her, i know i shldnt have done but i emailed the one i really wanted quite a few times and poured my heart to her, she never replied and i had actually forgotten most of the emails i had sent back early last year, but hadn't deleted them from my sent emails in hotmail.

About two days after i placed the order, my now ex gf, decided to hack into my hotmail account and for some reason went through 60 odd pages of sent emails to discover the ones i had sent to this girl i ordered back into my life, obviously she is now heart broken and there is no way i can make her feel any better.

Now i have had two lucid dreams since, both with the girl i ordered back into my life, the one last night, i was immediately aware i was dreaming, she and i were back together and living in a massive house, i could control everything and felt completely whole, nothing was impossible and she was was the same. The other one was just after my now ex read the emails again the girl i ordered was in it and we were both aware it was a dream, i asked her what i needed to do to get her back and she told me to not give up and just be myself, again, in the dream i could do anything and go anywhere.

Very strange, maybe it wasn't a lucid dream and maybe it is my sub conscious becoming more aware that i create my own reality, shame i had to hurt my now ex girlfriend so badly in the process tho, i never wanted to hurt her.

Anyone else ever had anything similar happen?

i know that can be trained. but i tried a lot and slept in *lol*
so i gave up. but is fun in a way dreaming lucid. its because (for me) you control your movings. i know there are different types. mine based on moving, seeing, trying. nothing special and i didnt chose the situation. it was there and i knew i dream.

It’s similar to one that I had in July 1999…In the dream I suddenly found that I was standing on the verge outside my home and I noticed a dark haired man sitting inside a bus like vehicle that was parked in-front of the next-door neighbour’s house. For what-ever reason I thought that the man was a criminal because he looked shifty and he tried to avoid my gaze when I detected him. I then realised that I was dreaming so I walked towards my house and I saw that the front door was closed but then I had a crazy idea about doing something outrageous so I took a running leap at my front door and I travelled through the solid wood. The feeling of sliding through the wood like flour through a sieve was weird but it was also euphoric and then I floated back to bed.

Lucid dreaming is fun, I have had tonnes of lucid dreams in my life, it's the prefered way to dream. Takes practice, and there are some short-cuts like sleeping 4-6 hours waking up for 30minutes or until you feel your body lag for more sleep.

Go back to bed and try attention focusing while letting the body fall asleep, this can make it really easy to just click out.

One technique I read about was to ask yourself if you are awake or dreaming very regularly during your day.
The theory goes that if you do it often enough it will become so habitual in your behaviour that you will start to do it in the dream state, giving you the chance to become lucid.

I don't know if it works though :)

"Here are a few more things you may be able to do in your lucid dreams, grouped by degree of difficulty. It's normal if you find some of these especially hard or easy compared with other lucid dreamers. Everyone is different, so don't worry about it. Try some experiences from the Easy list first, but don't feel that you have to limit yourself.

Easy

Fly - This is one of the easiest, as flying comes naturally to many people in dreams. Experiment with different styles. There's the airplane style, with both arms outstretched. There's the Superman style, with one arm out and one arm back. You might even like to swim through the air using the breaststroke or dog paddle. Have fun!

Explore - But try not to get too distracted with what you find. Otherwise you'll forget that you're dreaming. Frequent reality checks will help. Remind yourself frequently that you're dreaming, or ask one of your dream companions to keep reminding you.

Walk through solid objects - You'll be able to do this if you believe that you can. You can try going through things slowly and deliberately. Or you can run right at a wall knowing that you'll pass through to another scene entirely. Mirrors are another favorite. Think of "Alice Through the Looking Glass."

Paint the sky - See if you can conjure up an amazing sunset. You can even create an aurora borealis, particularly if you've actually experienced it in real life.

Moderately Difficult

Eat as much as you want - Like exploring, it's easy to get distracted. Remind yourself that you're dreaming.

Meet interesting people - Create the character of someone you've always wanted to meet, like Einstein or Mark Twain. Just arrange a meeting and have them show up. Your imagination will take over from that point.

Search for your spirit guide - Imagine yourself on a vision quest. Ask for your spirit guide to appear. It will often take the form of an animal. Once you've met your spirit guide, you will be able to find it again easily.

Very Difficult

Have sex - This is certainly a popular goal for lucid dreamers, but it's a tricky one. The excitement is likely to wake you. Try not to get too carried away, and remember that you're dreaming.

Get creative - Some folks find that they can write poetry or music while lucid dreaming. Or you can try requesting a poem or song from your subconcious. In that case, it may appear after you're awake.

Die - You can dream your own death, if that appeals to you. This isn't harmful. You're just dreaming so you won't really die. You may experience whatever you believe lies beyond death.

This gives you some ideas for things to do in a lucid dream. Enjoy yourself!"

Also I would suggest watching the movie waking life:

Thanks for the info anonymous01201 :)
I've had lucid dreams, but I always wake up when the 'fun experimenting part' starts....:(
I have to practice more!

This is a good site with many video's:

Sweet (lucid)dreams!

Actually I dont agree with some of that.

Sex is a dweller at the threshold which you need to avoid lest you get entangled and before you know it you are out!

Also, a way of sustaining a fleeting lucid experience is to keep moving your attention on to different things within the dream.
