I had a doctors appt today,i'm told i'm going through the dreaded change.

Nothing i did'nt suspect, but i don't want to take hormone replacement,can

anyone point in the direction of alternitive therapies that might help the ease

the symptoms,it's unbearable:(

hope you feel better, i cant offer any suggestions,or personal experience im a bloke;)
but im sure there will be...and theres plenty of alternative practitioners who lurk about here

Thank you, it so kind of you to answer,i asked here because i was hoping someone in my position would be able to recommend a tried and trusted remedy,there is so much out there,but i don't have money to burn.

oh the problems us women suffer eh:D;)
