I have been beneath such clouds within the past 12 months here in the East Midlands, UK - whilst not as spectacularly colourful, equally strange in appearance - as if the sky was 'boiling' although the day was quite cool.
Sad to say i didn't have my camera with me.
We have another new kind of cloud today - well, new in the past 5 days - CHEMTRAILS are back lol! Hopefully not a full-blown 'attack' as I call them but just whispy remnants which I like to think my chembuster will 'sort' lol - along with my daily mental requests for them to clear off!

some of those are very extreme, but I'm serious when I say last week I was out front having a smoke at work and the clouds were like the last two pics.
it was odd enough I pointed them out to a co-worker out with me.
i have not seen clouds like that ever.
