Hi,
Posting this here as maybe someone with advice, who doesnt always look in the health section, would have more to offer...
Already found this thread which is great and I will read through it all...

My 9 year old nephew started having night fits last year. My sister has looked into all sorts.. one being around how planet movement can cause fits.
She had his charts done and he has a very rare unaspected mercury in his chart which bascially means the energy has no other energy workin with it.. in other words, new energy cant work with it and also there is no release/nowhere for it to go.. sorry, im not that up on it but my sis is and no doubt, some of the dates of his fits, coincide with mercurys movements..
Interestingly, since mercury passed by (and she was told to expect fits on certain dates as it reached its peak... and he did have them, not on the actual date, but only a day out, which were slightly different and more worrying) they have now changed again and are not as bad... maybe as mercury moves away?
Anybody know even more about this?
Hes not on meds at the moment.. she doesnt want to go down that route just yet.. and over the last year, has had very conflicting information from drs, the epilepsy society etc. He was on herbs at one point.. specially made up by a herbalist, but its hard to get him to take them due to the taste and as we have tracked the dates... not sure the herbs have worked anyway.
She is starting to 'wake up' and has listened to my worry over meds.. but I suppose, as a mum, gets to the point where she wonders if shes doing the right thing.. I have to admit, so do I the odd time.. although, my vibe and of course knowledge tells me that meds isnt the way to go.. what we found out about the meds is, once you start taking them, it can be very difficult for the brain to function normally with um.. so you can almost create an even worse development
She has also been told that children, especially boys, can 'grow out of them' around the age of 14..
She has changed his diet.. but to be fair, my sister has always cooked from fresh and doesnt even own a microwave, never has.. (after a quick scan of the other thread, I saw about raw diet.. but being realistic, raw diet would be difficult for a 9yr old) and has also listened to me about aspartame.. one bonus is, he has never been into soft drinks, mainly water, so thats one good thing.. but of course, ive told her where else to look out for that crap
Anyway, after having another one (but very very mild) at 5am this morning.. I thought it was worth posting to see if anyone has anything to add
Thanks in advance x
