Hey everyone.

Is there any justice in the American speeding cameras?

Been wondering this for a while and decided to finally post.

They also don't like being "necklaced" South African style.

Not that I would advocate such a thing, of course...

My last post looked flippant. Sorry wearentfree420.

But it is true. I leaned this from a brit tv presenter. Also, that the French, when wheel clamps came to France, used to put superglue into the key slots of any clamps that they saw, whether it was their car or someone elses. This messed up the whole system.

Now if we all did this............

I cant hep you with this one otherwise. Apologies again :)

Battery-powered angle grinders can be very helpful in these situations.

Allegedly.

Oh alright, i thought you were being a dick for a minute there.

Other than those ideas. Isn't there a loophole in the system of these things?

Like, it gives you the picture and then tells you to identify the owner or the driver.

But, from what i understand, when your car is registered aren't you just the "driver" and the government is the owner of the car?

Look at these vids if you are new to the Freeman issues. It is not truely a freeman issue but a point of your rights in claiming your right not to be bothered by the police when you dont regester the car. You dont have to you see. Its as simple as that.

Move on to 2,3 and 4. It will last 32 mins.

Download them if you can and show them to your mates. But before that you should go to page 1 of the freeman threads and start from scratch. That thread has not been going long, but it would be worth it.
Move on to any threads that that thread recomends and you will be up to scratch.

Just noticed you are not from the uk.

It might still help though to look at the early stuff as it was written by brits and yanks alike.

i think barring the whole statute thing and refusing to admit that you are a vessel / ship / person and that the 'act' of traffic act doesn't apply to the human being - refusing to enter their world, they can not act upon you.

Not sure how that will work in US juristiction mind, would def be a help in the UK.

Was it captain gatso who did a lot of camera destruction for a while.

Tom, expanding foam works by 'eating' whatever is inside the box and destroying the tape and image.

Angle grinder (noisey tho) neckerlaces and expanding foam all work really well. As does the application of a 4x4 and a decent chain :D so i've heard, and of course i wouldn't advocate such a blatant application of lawlessness.

hello, on wheal clamping I heard that if you let the air out from the tyre then you can remove the wheel from the car and then take out the clamping device and return it to them. if it’s not damaged no problem, they will not chase you. I have never done this as I never been clamped. If someone knows about this can you confirm if it’s true?

It was possible with some of the older clamp designs. It may still be possible if it's a really old one - but I'm not so sure about the new ones.

As long as there are no witnesses, I personally would use a rechargeable angle grinder. They would have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that it was you who damaged it - and without witness or video evidence, "it stands to reason dunnit" is not proof beyond reasonable doubt. :)

But be aware that wheelclamp firms tend to employ very thuggish types - some with an extremely dodgy past.

if it is YOUR automobile and not the DVLA-registered vehicle, and someone attaches something of theirs to it, would a clamp then be a gift to oneself :)?

Seriously though, does anyone know the details to this sort of situation, if one's private automobile is clamped?
