Hi all-
I wanted to see if the Commercial Redemption process is working for anyone in the us. I have been searching a lot of sites and finding a lot of "yeas" and "nays" on it. Some even seem out dated.
can anyone point me to any current state side successes and possible "off the beaten path" sites with more info.

It would appear you are searching for the Holy Grail.
Any "successes" are yelled down as not being successes.
Any "failures" are biggied up as being proof of it being a scam.
There are claims that some successes are not evidenced in Court records, because the Courts do not want it being evidenced.

Basically ... claim and counterclaim of success/failure and of distorting the recording of successes/failures.

Myth, folklore, fables and stories ... this appears to be the fate of the Commercial Redemption process. We all live in hope, waiting patiently, for myth be be shown as reality.
