Mexico is now safe!
Yes i heard it today! I went into my local Thomson travel agents and asked for a brochure for Mexico to be told "Mexico is completely safe now, Its all better"

You still can't drink the water though. Dysentary is worse than the flu.
I believe they're kind of dropping the whole swine flu panic/pandemic as not many people fell for it. They'll think of something else.... it's just that most people know who the real perps are should something nasty happen.

It just made me laugh so much to hear her say even without me asking lol
So when do we get the official announcement that all is swine flu clear in Mexico? or are they still trying to push it to sell Tamiflu? (i've not actually hear any official news on this for a couple of weeks now.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) has updated its advice to Mexico, and no longer advise against travel to Mexico. In light of this our flight programme and operations have resumed.
Customers will be contacted by our customer services team in advance of their date of travel should there be any changes to their original itinerary as regards either their accommodation or flight date and/or time.
