A Swaziland MP has proposed this as a way to reduce HIV infection.
What a wonderful idea. I believe that the UK should adopt this policy. I mean, if you were about go on the job and you saw "HIV+" branded on the person's arse cheeks, there's no way you would shag them.
Overnight, probably no one ever again would get HIV from sexual activity.

Seems to me like another way to enforce some sort of tagging or I.D. It wouldn't stop with people who were HIV positive.
I see other negative repercussions as well. Some may discriminate against people with HIV, and now allow them into public areas. It could also be used to brand people who don't have it. I.E freethinkers or anyone going against the system.
Nah...they'd just switch the light off

Yes, they will be criminalising sick people, they will avoided like wild animals, if we allow this that's it, we are all doomed.
This is a sick way of thinking, instead of providing them with support, it's bad enough to have to live with it, and to be branded in public, just wonderful.
We live in free society, give them more control, to ID us, and maybe this will turn into something compulsory, if you don't want to be branded have it on your ID card so people would know if you are HIV+
How clever is that?

that idea is about as good as my pissed up halfwit mate who had a solution for aids..
Aids Dating!! set up a dating agency only for people with aids, so no more embarrassing confessions to a non carrier, helps stop the spread by keeping aids victims as partners!!
it was at this point i was frantically searching for a gun so i could shoot him in the face

It was me. Next time I ring up Talk Sport I will mention the word 'steppewar' as proof.
Also, on my You Tube site there is another call I did about legalizing all drugs, so you can compare the voice if you have any doubts.

I have listened to that interview, but I don't agree with you on that.
You said why is it illegal when yu put any substance in your body, true it's your body if you're an adult, you know the risks, you can go ahead an do it, nobody is to tell you what to do.
For that part you're right, but we all know what drugs can do, you live in society, you can't guarantee that you will behave rationally, without hurting someone else.
As for the drugs they were introduced by the Illuminatis, either way they will be making a lot of money.
If they are legalised, you are cutting the poor guy, who is selling them sometimes to feed his family sometimes the only way he sees to get out of poverty, I am not in any way condoning the pushing of drugs.
But the illuminati, the big pigs at the top will get their money which ever way the drugs are sold.
Because they control the market, do you really think if they wanted to make an end to the drug dealing, after 30+ years they couldn't succeed? nah
I don't believe in legalising drugs
I don't believe in legalising prostitution
if you think we've got problems now? wait until the drugs are available behind the counter.
They will be legalised I am sure, it's not and if, it's when.
Because the illuminatis will make a huge profit out of taxes.
and what is the easiest way to destroy society? supply them with more drugs on top of all the crap we consume on a daily basis, more and more people will use drugs, especially the depressed ones.
They are more suceptible to use cocaine, heroin and so on.
we will have half the population under drugs, when the right number is reached, pick them up and send them to concentration camps, after we've ceased their house, car(s), money, they'll end up on the street, burdened with debts, to support their habit they need to become criminals, when they do that they will be sent to "Prison" concentration camps, is that what we want out of our society?
Not enough problems as it is?
Man you're dead wrong there

Swaziland has the highest HIV infection rate in the world, with around 43 per cent of the population believed to be living with the disease.

Well you should know by now, whenever they want to push something, they make up a staggering false statistics ;)
I don't believe one word anymore.
remember another thing, that HIV is not always transmitted via sexual intervourse
actually most of it was transmitted via seringes, when some drug addicts can't afford new ones, so you'll find a whole group using the same syringe time and time again.

Er à got any bigger condoms?
Mail & Guardian (Johannesburg) - November 8, 2000
Khanyisile Maepa, Mbabane
CONDOMS donated to Swaziland from the East and some American countries are too small for Africa's well endowed men and tear during sex, Swaziland parliamentarians told a HIV/Aids crisis committee meeting in the small kingdom this week. Parliamentarian Majahodvwa Dlamini told the conference in Swaziland's industrial centre of Manzini that the inadequate condoms were exposing people to HIV infection. "They are just too small for us and therefore tear when used. It is very confusing because it has got to the point where people are now warning us not to use them," he said. Dlamini was part of a delegation of 30 parliamentarians and traditional leaders, or chiefs, at the meeting. Swaziland National Aids Programme representative Beatrice Dlamini (no relation) said people had to be pragmatic and reserve the smaller condoms for Swazis who did not need bigger versions. "Those that can should use these condoms, because they were sent to us by foreign donors and it would be very rude to send them back," she told the meeting. The controversial condoms from the USA and various Far Eastern countries are part of Swaziland's national safe sex programme and are distributed free-of-charge in both urban and rural areas. She stressed that many of the problems, including tears during sexual intercourse, could be caused by incorrect storage or because the condoms were used after their sell-by dates. The controversy is the second public debate about the size and quality of free condoms in Swaziland within the past three months. The public previously complained to local newspapers that condoms donated to Swaziland by various Far Eastern countries used a strange smelling lubricant. Some of the complainants contended the lubricant actually transmitted HIV, sparking a public outcry. Crisis Committee chairperson Christabel Motsa stressed that government was conducting a national survey to gauge which kinds of condoms Swazi citizens trusted and used. Over 25% of Swaziland's population of roughly one million people is reported to already be HIV positive, with infection in some key sectors such as teaching reported to be even higher. - African Eye News Service

What a sickening idea the OP suggests.
Shall we also brand people on the forehead, to make others aware they suffer from mental problems?
How about enforcing a tattoo on our bodies, detailing our health history - so that people can read us to decide if they want to risk close contact?

Hey, instead of branding, why don't we use ... hmmmmm ... bright coloured patches on clothing?
You know ... how about ... ummmm ... pink triangles for homosexuals ... yellow stars for Jews ... green triangles for criminals ... black triangles for enemies of the state ...
I wonder if there is a template to go from ...

Well a bunch of people are trying to dumb us down, by tagging us, then they know most people will reject this idea, and then they will offer the microchip.
Which will tell everyone, who you are, what you are, you dna and so on.
or maybe on ID cards, :) I am HIV+ so when two meet up, they need to show each other's ID, ok so you don't have HIV, let's do it then.
I am getting bored with all of these ridiculous attacks on our liberties from the Elite.
