I have heard that if one asks when entering a court 'Does anyone have any business with me?' That there will probably be no reply from the judge, as they can't have business with a flesh and blood human only the legal fiction.
I was thinking in that case when the judge tries all of his games to get you to accept the title MR, Person etc. If it would be helpfull after you have told them that you are a flesh and blood man and not the person, Mr, etc, to ask the judge for the record...
'Sir, I have said already that I am a flesh and blood man called bill penguin freeman on the land of the talltree family, I ask for the record, Sir do you recognise that I am a flesh and blood human man?'
If the court then does not answer, by thier silence they have agreed right?
And one could then put that on the record, 'For the record there are no objections and therefore I am recognised as a flesh and blood human man. Does this court have any business with this flesh and blood human man?'
If one were to do this, would that mean that from that point on, you are free and clear as a legal fiction cannot contract with a flesh and blood human?
I also wanted to say, firstly to Rob, loved the new film, and I am moved to learn more. Many thanks.
To all who are involved in this stuff, I am inspired by you all.
Best wishes.
