I'm sure alot of you are aware of the mobile phone mast problem.

Is there a freeman way of tackling the private companies that are assaulting us.

We (my family & others) did not, do not give our consent to be irradiated 24 hours a day for profits not ours.

The masts/relays I have a problem with are mounted at the 4 corners of three storey private business premises.

I was thinking maybe a writ, threatening legal action if they did not have them removed etc.

About ten years ago myself and a freind " Phil " ...... had a good result about the masts being place on schools in Herefordshire. We questioned those who allowed the masts planning and under human rights questioned thier liablity for the harm ....We went to loads of local meeting that Hereford council helt regardless and raised this matter... in the end they allowed us a floor at thier meeting and they on the side of the chance that these masts might course harm removed the promission of planners to errect these masts on schools ....ten years later reports do show the harm.

JCB power lol.

thanks for the info.

"They" can bypass all objections now, with no recourse.

The building in question here is a privately owned, ltd company.
I see how your argument worked, by planting seeds of doubt regarding future litigation.

A drafted ____________ <-- what kind of legal notice, letter etc would illicit a suitable response.

The premises owner I presume, I don't know for sure would be in receipt of revenue for the use of their site, which they, the business people do not suffer ill effects of their monetary shenanigans as they live elsewhere.

I am not interested in a monetary gain.

I want the relays/masts gone, thats it.

dont worry...you can bury lil 3oz orgs upto 1/4 of a mile away from the mast itself. Nifty lil blighters.

If you cant get anywhere to bury...you could paint the orgs and throw them on roofs or ledges or guttering nearby

You are right...these are a problem

If you write to the mast companies and then gift, then even better. There is talk that in the future martial law, we gifters would get labelled and prosecuted as being "terrorists"

best get a gifting move on then ;)

gifting towers also turns the masts into life force emitters...now that really gets on tptb tits

A few years ago I had cause to complain about the secret erection of masts.

They were erected on an MOD building yards from a primary school. They carried out the work over the school holidays! Sneaky shits!

I lived within the notification area for planning proposals and on receiving no notice, I contacted the local building control asking for the application number. After a bit of a run around and being passed from one department to another. They finally conceded that there was no planning. I then asked them to send a person in authority to stop the work!

A little later on, I received a call informing me that there was no need for planning permission! They went on to inform me that there had been a change in legislation...if the mast is installed on an existing structure of 15m or less there was no requirement to seek planing permission.

I'm a little fuzzy on the exact height, but at the time I did further research and what I was told was correct.

I have since moved and the masts still remain over looking the school.

Not sure if any of that is of any use, it merely serves to demonstrate the BS of the system!

Pure proof that the TPTB legislate to suit their own agenda. Total abuse of power, they'd sell their own children for the right price.
