The article reports about some Nazis in Siberia (which is in Russia), so I wonder - how can there be Nazis in Siberia when Russia (then USSR) defeated Nazi Germany in 1945.

Anyway it's clearly shorthand for guys who like Hitler and celebrate his birthday and sing the Horst Wessel Drinking song or whatever it is, who hate 'nonces' but molest children on the quiet, in Siberia as in the UK and elsewhere in Europe. Theit organisations are obviously infiltrated by state security agents up to near the top, who don't have to pretend much because the 'neo-nazi's overt agenda is pretty much in line with the globalist states' covert agenda.
As with the UK's BNP all along the line to Combat 18,the Russian 'skinheads' have served the Russian state's agenda by attacking an anti-nuclear camp and killing an activist.

It is an insult to call Russian people "Nazis' or to suggest that some there are some Nazis live in Siberia.

I think you've got a serious problem. Noone doubts that millions of Russians died fruitlessly in a staged war, when both sides were subsidised from the same sources, in fact Stalin and Hitler had a pact, both being into much the same kind of thing, centralised state socialism, which was reneged on as part of the performance
