No, who ever is in power will be just the exact same because they are all reading from a script (apart from RP). Get the big guy out because it's a symbolic move. If we impeach Bush then we will realise that we've had three dubious presidents and people will look for a change.
I can imagine if we go after Dick then he will hang on until the last minute and resign, wasting our time.
Politics is a sham, it's all symbolic...Impeachment will do nothing for the oligarchy but it will give the people power and us more creditability.

I do not believe we can take the constitutional road with impeachment anymore.
Every states Governor needs to recall all federal representatives and withhold all moneys going to the federal treasury.
Marshall law needs to be implemented in each state by each state with main law authority going to the HIGHEST law officials in the country - ELECTED county sheriffs.
Courts by jury need to be held for all federal politicians that held office in the last 40 years till present, for treason AGAINST the people of the UNITED STATES. Death by hanging should be the ONLY guilty punishment allowed.
All military decision will be temporarily handed over National gaurd and the Governors of each state.
If any other operations such as NASA or NATO, UN, ect... can not function then they will be temporarily idled down to skeliton levels.
Ect. ect. ect.

I don't get it either. These people have been have been engaged directly or indirectly in mass murder and genocide for years and years. They deserve to be tortured every day for the rest of their lives. However that would damage us, so Jury trials and hard labour would suffice with no chance of parole. Then we also have to deal with their offspring and the genetic problem. Also a re-distribution of wealth by force. You do not allow robbers to keep their ill gotten gains.
