I have been keeping a eye on the Freeman issue for a while now

living outside the UK for a while now but off the radar so to speak (eternal tourist lol)

i will be coming back to the UK soon and i want to make sure all my papers are in order for my first steps into my Freeman Status

There is so much to do i have kinda got lost in it all......

can we get a 'sticky' on here for steps into being a Freeman (UK)

i have got this far, please can anyone inform me if i have left anything out, i want total disintergration from the current system

1. I wlll be filing my affidavit for Lawful Rebellion

2. Contacting in writing the DVLA and police authrities for de-regeistering my vehicle

3. Contacting in writing the Inland Revenue

4. NOUCOR

i'm sure there is a few more things i am missing (birth certificate/NI?) - but i want to do all of this while i'm in the UK, i dont want any traces back to my current location, for no other reason than being free!

i am prepared for any course of action as long as its peaceful and non-violent; and have no problems being locked up especially if i can claim back expenses lol

This course of action has given me one of the best 'gut' reactions i have ever had, next to my Raelian beliefs, and i look forward to spreading the messages as much as possible with my experience and knowledge of going through these procidures - wish me luck x

Hello majorlee

This is a most welcome thread, I cannot add to the list of things at this stage as I don`t understand enough yet.

Yet what is missing imo in the freeman on the land section is a thread like this with a checklist, a starting point and step by step process relevant to different countries.

Good luck

Well, good luck with it majorlee, you seem to have all the initail bases covered. Everything will fall into place once you move on those :D

Are you living abroad? How do you intend to get back there? You can always give up the passport once you are out of the country, i guess :p to em

You are already a freeman, you just have to realise it.... IMO there is no absolute need to send off official documents to declare lawful rebellion. You just have to act as if you have never been registered at birth, and act as a freeman...

CF24 is spot on with his comment. Just remember that you were born free with God given rights but some sneaky people have cheated you out of your birthrights. They wanted to steal your power, your energy and lord it over you. Without meaning to do it, you contracted away your power and became weak and were made to think you were a person or corporation sole. Remember at all times that you are a flesh and blood living soul. Never forget who you are.

Yes WE know we are already freeman but the rest living under statute law don`t.
So what do I do with my tax return, just ignore it?

i was not born free - i was born into a system i wish to leave until it can sort it self out again

i do realise i'm a freeman but there is a few things i want to do for myself first to minimize the risks

as we all know ignoring and failing to do certain things can land u in a whole lotta trouble - i'm just looking for the best path here

lol i have already 'nuked' my new passport - so funny when i go abroad and they ask why the chip aint working, i tell them the truth and why i have done it, always get odd an look or a laugh :p

Best of luck to ya mate. There's plenty of others like yourself who are extricating themselves from the System. I'm in Oz so this list may not be totally apt, but just get yer UK buddies to find out the equivalents of these doc's and procedures (the UCC in universal at least). Hope this is some use:

- Capture your strawman - create a Security Agreement & Notice of Copyright, claiming the right to use the STRAWMAN / legal fiction and establishing your (real man) as the agent in principal / secured party to the STRAWMAN

- lodge the UCC-1 Filing Statement referencing these 2 documents and all other documents in STRAWMAN / legal fiction's name

- get Certified Copy of your Birth Certificate

- create a Bond Order and serve it on the Secretary of the Treasury advising that you are the secured party to the STRAWMAN / legal fiction and the Offset account assigned to it (EIN/TFN No.) with instructions on how to process accounts sent to him

Create an Accepted For Value stamp to apply at 45 degrees across the payment demand.

The EIN/TFN equivalent in the UK is NI or something? Meh, you probably know, I don't. There are plenty in this forum who will help u out. Hope that's useful.. .

thanks bsmurph83 - some great info i forgot about

exactly what this thread needed :)

I will also be adding in a claus about my Passport, that i wil retain and use for free travel where it permits me until a better and more practical solution can be found, this is one hurdle i have been pondering over

the other hurdle is the insurance for my vehicle, but i am looking into a pay scheme called PACLIP atm - will let u know more soon

MODS - can this be made into a sticky??
