I have come upon info on this for years, and found this:
http://www.couplescompany.com/Features/Politics/2004/RFID.htm
And also this:
http://www.snopes.com/inboxer/hoaxes/homeless.asp
Is this "hoax" article a hoax?
I think the hoax article is a hoax, perhaps to give time before they really unveil it, or that they are really going as the info presents but want to lie about it. After all, the UFO found at Roswell was first reported in the news as a crashed flying disc in army possession, and later said to be a weather balloon or something. I guess I have to research, call the cities mentioned or something.
Any info? What's up?
