Someone suggested I do this. I'm still prevaricating now about being forced to take the Freeman route. ie NOUI, CoR, deregistering of vehicle.
My understanding that something that is a4V is that it is a financial statement that requires payment.
How can a driver's license which is a benefit be valuable instrument.
Does anyone understand this. I'd really like help with my limited understanding of this concept.
You see I don't know why. I just decided to tax it for 6 months and MOT it. Now my understanding of freeman is I have to deregister ALL admiralty docs otherwise I will remain in Admiralty and they have a right to pull me.
Whereas with CR I can opt out of some aspects whilst maintaining contracts with others. Is this correct?

Whilst typing this I noticed Microsofts crawler desperately trying to grab my title so that when someone types in 'a4v' maybe this thread will come up. So folks same pic but different profile name coming up.

strange you should say that, girlgye... this is off-topic from your OP, but my computer has been 'infiltrated' too. Funnily enough, it's a Microsoft error report that is sent every time it 'pops-under' a page 'relevant' to what's displayed.
Microsoft's crawler? where can you see this?
I'm intrigued now...
Back on topic:
I, too would like to know how a driving licence could become a financial instrument...is that what it's called? A negotiable instrument? "Financial Statement that requires payment"?
What do you mean?
This and other similar questions...

PS Error report (first) and then 'debt-clearance ad' immediately after posting my reply. Uncanny.

Greedy feckers eh? Trust commerce to make money out of rebellion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Someone suggested I a4V my driving licence in response to DVLA request to have it back so they can load the 6 points on and then the other 6 which will invariably follow when I don't show up again at another hearing.

Yeah but I don't understand why. Are you suggesting my driving licence is being used as a surety against some financial bonds?
