he did run from police at first but they are peace officers and are not there to deal punishment.

I agree - he needs to be charged and sacked. This is the meat-head mentality that gets people into the police force now. It wouldn't occur to any stable human being to hoof someone like that, when they'd given up.

The guy is definitely a scum bag and needs to be locked up for nearly killing people with his driving, but I agree, it wasn't the cop's place to administer justice. That's just incredibly unprofessional.

Canada/U.S/U.K This is now about 50% of the police, most of the time having it's own little protected clique within itself

Here in Ontario Canada, it is becoming well known thatevery contact and every encounter with police in any way regardless of the reason is 50/50 your dealing with a psychopath and something crappy is going to happen.
