This is something i noticed last night. I drink quite a lot of fruit juice as I was under the impression it helps me get my 5 a day.

I read the back of a Sainsbury's orange juice carton last night, it states that the juice is concentrated then has the same amount of water added, as was taken out of the fruit when it arrives in the UK. I've known this for years as I guess most people do.

But unless you buy the freshly squeezed really expensive stuff, or squeeze the oranges yourself, would we not be drinking juice with Flouride? As most water in the UK is flouridated.

I think we should start asking the supermarkets where they get the water from which they add to the conentrate as this should be indicated on the ingredients on the carton. Otherwise we are going to get poisoned from every angle, with nowhere to hide.

Worth thinking about man.

I prefer eating fruit as opposed to drinking it. If fruit is eaten for breakfast it naturally detoxes the body at the most auspicious time of day. Eating nothing but fruit between 8am-midday helps the detox on a daily basis in other words.

Also, we are told we need a certain amount of liquid daily. Most people read 'water' and reckon drinking it will suffice. Not so. Eating foodstuffs that are full of water is the proper way of fluid intake.

To make the most of it, chew slowly so as to allow the saliva to really get going; the saliva is an important ingredient in absorption of nutrients.

Just thought I would mention it.
