I recently received a $20 bill from Money Mart here in Canada. It has all the regular security features and looks and feels like a real bill, and passes all tests. Except...
The Serial Numbers do not match! They are out of sequence by ten numbers. Buddy said it was likely a misprint and called it a 'super-bill' and said it may have value to collectors. It is in used but good shape.
Any ideas how to determine value and how as well?
Thanks!

What is your local bank's opinion? Can you take it to a convenient store and have them mark it with one of those special markers? Nah, take it to the bank for evaluation.

if it's from the bank ... they could have printed a whole batch or just a few.. talk to the mint / printers, they can tell you by it's number. The note might even be a solo end of run print or jam ....talking with the printer they can tell you all this and also put a value to the note, but do not return it unless they give it a value that you like ...:D
collectable maybe ... but you need the story first, it's the story that adds more value .....
