If someone is arrested or threatened with arrest under the terrorism act say, for taking a photograph or winning an argument with a police officer, it is then assumed that they are an enemy of the state. An enemy of the state is then, until proved otherwise, some from of enemy combatant therefore there are rules which the police and the state must follow.

I assume that once arrested the Geneva Convention should then be invoked. Once the police mess with you it has to be essential that they are then made to work for their money, they should be given a major headache for infringing on the rights the British people to enjoy their lives and freedoms unmolested.

If they want to make something of it, make sure that everything is invoked, if they see you as an enemy give them what they want, instead of the waffer thin mint slice of a caution go for the full eight course meal and Mr Brown will be paying the bill!
