This isn't a joke, I have only used plain white bog roll for years now as I believe the dyes in coloured toilet roll can cause cancer.
Up until about 10 years ago, coloured toilet roll used to be common, but I haven't seen it in the shops for years now.

That may well be true but few people are aware of enviromental toxins in their homes.
I think the real reason is the trend towards white bathroom suites.

I've heard it said you should use white paper when you crap because you need to check what you do to make sure there's no blood or other prob and coloured paper in the bowl can obscure your view or make it more difficult to see.

Brown looks nicer on a white background.
Colored toilet paper was also blamed by women over here for causing cystitis infections. That's the main reason I use white paper.

Aren't the white ones full of bleach? I think so...the cheaper brands anyway..

I use Sainsbury's economy toilet rolls. They cost 40p for 4, you can't get cheaper than that, I don't know about the bleach though.

They also have Perfumed toilet paper.........
I would never use that on my delicate lady bits......!
