Someone mentioned to me recently that the darkness has certain effects on the brain and the way it operates. I havent had time (yet) to explore this any further - does anyone know anything about this?

When you say darkness, are you referring to darkness as in night time, or do you mean darkness as in negative energy?

I need darkness. Here in Hong Kong, at least where I live, it's hard to find some dark spot where I can be in solitude. Even the parks are designed so you can't have darkness. I'd go as far as to say that's some evil masonic plot.
A Singaporean girl said she's never seen the stars, not a proper starry sky, only a few stars, because it's always so bright in Singapore.
I at least feel more free at night. And I night time is better to spend time with your friends playing games or just talking than the day. It's easier to open up.

there is no such thing as negative energy, it's an illusion, believing in its existence is the main cause of fear.

the other "darkness" doesn't even exist, it's only a projection of certain old beliefs.
