i went to look at a plot of land at the weekend here in south vietnam...I guess some of you will find the following interesting
It was 7000 square meters of land, which is big but not as massive as it may sound...its about the size of a football pitch...it was around 15km from the pacific coast... the price was around 6 grand UK sterling. There was a virgin forest to the back of it (much to my surprise), heavily forested mountain to the front.., it has a very nice underground water source...soil wasnt great but stuff seems to grow okay in it...it appears good for making a lake or big pond...shitty 2 KM sand track leading from the main road to the land...quite inaccessible really....out in the sticks as they say.
Anyway..6 grand... thats the kind of money you would be looking at for something like that. Dont ask me to sort anything out land-wise this end cos its all a complete headfuck.. Im just informing...took me over a month to organize finding and viewing that land. Its possible you could just get over here and sort it out yourself....I am no albert einstein, so its very do-able.
Be aware you as a foreigner are not allowed to have your name on any land deeds in vietnam, so you have to have a local here you can trust. Luckily I know such people and so this doesnt affect me...but Ive seen a few people get suckered on that score though....Ive been here on and off for around 6 years and all i ever do is pay 100 US dollars every 6 months for a multiple entry visa stamp.
I dont like the idea of fleeing the west to avoid a NWO, but for some people it might wind up becoming a reality. I used to think about leaving Vietnam for Peru or Honduras, but this last year I decided it is one of the few places in the world that rockerfeller and his cronies dont have by the balls.
To anyone thinking of selling up and moving to thailand be aware that place is very much involved in the agenda. Among other things, they just outlawed tumeric and a load of other traditional herbs last month.....smacks of CODEX in my opinion
