Weishaupt was not funded by the Rothschild family, though. They were funded by their own membership, and never particularly had much money. But their message struck at the heart of their age, and people listened.

And it is, other things being equal, equal to gain illumination if you are poor than if you are a billionaire. General rule obviously, but money, or specifically the desire for money, can be one of the quickest routes to darkness known to man.

Any individual or organisation whose primary focus is money will find it a real challenge to be illuminated, much more so than the poor man would, other things being equal.

If you want to enjoy physical existence to its fullest money sure does help in that it enables opportunities but spiritually it can be a killer.

I have no doubt that that is the case. But if you take into account how many times historians are wrong, how many times historians serve other interests beyond that of finding the truth, how many information is hidden from the public by the establishment, how secretive these organisations are, and how much power the Rothschilds have, it wouldn't be so difficult to believe these conspiracy facts.

I wouldn't have any problem disregarding the claims of just one researcher, but I do have a problem disregarding the research of a dozen.

Established researchers and historians are subject ridicule, being fired and being marginalised by their own community. It is a fact that some subjects cannot be "touched" in certain circles. Fortunately, we have another kind of researchers that cannot be influenced, bought or threaten.

In 1785 the Bavarian Governments outlaws the Illuminati. With just cause.

LOL The people were right behind the church and their governments back in the 1800's They were alerted to the fact that the Rothschilds had a plan for world domination.
